Its 10 pages and very thorough. I hope Scherff is a strong tackle especially with pass coverage. Many predicted him to be a guard because of his pass coverage skills. I really hope Gruden's arrogance with his ways doesn't go against Robert's skills. If it does, maybe we will see an improvement in a "basic quarterback".

Having a stronger d-line hopefully that ties into Barry's defensive scheme.

Just quick thoughts from lots of information. When you have a difficult schedule; all a team can do is play their best and not look into who they are playing.

the big picture here is that Scot has a franchise that is in need of just about everything from coaching to players and a plan for the future

the plan is now in play and we will be lucky if Scot can make a playoff contender out of this mess by the 2017 season

nobody expects this group to be anything but what it has been for 20 years, a complete mess

let's give these guys time and hope that Snyder lets them do their thing - if Scot can fix this franchise he will be in the NFL HOF

Good stuff in there, thanks for posting. I thought the question about how the McCloughan/Gruden relationship will play out was one of the best things in there. Lots of fans on this site have noted that Gruden wasn't SM's guy. Could be interesting to see how that plays out.

#44 breaks it down.

John Riggins Q&A: 'The Diesel' Previews Redskins 2015 Season
http://washington.cbslocal.com/2015/08/ ... 15-season/

Riggins is back on 106.7 some this season I believe. Always the best!!!

btw I thought his answer here sums up EXACTLY how I feel about Snyder/McCloughan right now.

Do you see it being possible Dan Snyder will ever remain away from football operations?

Riggins: Well, you know, that's something that nobody can really answer. It would appear that he's always going to have some influence. Will the light bulb ever go off? You never know. And that's why you have to approach the season and be realistic about it.

They made the change last year and they brought in what you would consider a legitimate flesh-peddling GM, but, you know, in all honesty, does that really mean anything? I don't know. We have to wait and see. I was just telling somebody the other day that, I mean, you look at when Mike Shanahan came here and who would have thought that would have turned out that way? Nobody. So until you actually see the product and you're having success, really everything else is just conjecture. That's the way you get the season going, ain't it?!
