There is a culture of snitching in the Redskins organization? Say it isn't so....? Jay needs to be hard-nosed and start laying down the smack on such characters in the locker room (within his control).

The Redskins were frequently the subject of embarrassing media reports and it was apparent that the source of many of the stories was a player or players in the locker room.

Santana Moss addressed the situation in an appearance on 106.7 The Fan last month. "That’s got to stop, man,” he added. “You got these cats dry snitching and telling media in-house business.”

Sorry, but "culture" is established at the top. If "snitching" wasn't accepted or punished severely, it wouldn't be done by the players. If players actually respected the executives, they wouldn't do or say things that directly or indirectly hurt the organization.

Simply put --- redskins players do and say what they want once they realize their owner is a desperate little bitch who won't do anything about it.

Then you do not need a KGB to go after leakers. There are leaks because the leaks come from EVERYWHERE:

1) Front office (Bruce Allen is a master at it, I mean it seriously);

2) Coaches (Shanahan was also a master at it)

3) Disgruntled employees (there are many current and past);

4) Frustrated players (enough said); and

5) The MEDIA side of the organization (surprised?)

This organization is run by a media and public relations magnate. All of the above know that they use the media to their advantage as much as the media uses them to their advantage.

The "culture" of leaks comes from the top and filters throughout the entire organization. And this is Washington DC. Did I say, LEAKS???
