Who are the 12 or so guys you hope will be the core of the team 3 years from now.

I'll start with ...

Trent, Kory, Alf, Garcon, Jackson, Reed, Griff

Kerrigan, Robinson, Murphy, Breeland, Amerson

Hocker

Any others??

I can agree with those (even Hocker), but Kory??? I'd like to see more of Silas Redd, he seems to have great potential.

Yes. Kory has been terrific. I know he's been pushed back a few times but all centers have. I've also seen him anchor well and I've seen him 30 yards downfield blocking for Helu. Only drawback is he's 29.

Not that he had a great game or anything but I hope Phillip Thomas proves to be a keeper. I think I'm up to 6 on each side of the ball now. Joy.

Defense: Baker & Jenkins

Offense: Moses or Compton, Long or LeRibeus. Not sure any of these can start, but hopefully subs.

Special Teams: Kai & Sundburg

you obviously don't watch the Redskins games ... if you had, you might have seen a punter that we'll be keeping ...

I watch every game.

The punter was already added by another poster...didn't see a reason to name him AGAIN!!!

Paul has played well when given the chance. Rak is good when healthy. He is always either PB or IR. What's wrong with Long AND LeRibeus? I'm not sold on either starting guard.

Hopefully the franchise is going to get some people in charge and we can start to add players to suit the offensive a defensive schemes

We currently have an O line with players that suit the ZBS and that is not the type of linemen we need for Gruden's offense

defensively we have to add someone like the safety out of Alabama ... plus others

I'd agree that we already have some keepers - we just need some good chiefs

We lose our best wide out???? Thatd suck!

I say ditch Roberts bump up Grant.. pretty sure Tana is better and cheaper then Roberts.

Is Hocker on the PS??

Robinson was a stud this year- Hatcher when on the field was a beast..
the other lb whos father was a ouke.. played well the last cple games forget his name.

Havent seen D Youngs name.. hes the MAN!

x2 on seeing more Reddhe has a higher gear then AlMo- most rbs do. Not knocking him, hes a beast after contact.. just doesnt have the speed to break away when he gets to the next level sometimes.

it's going to be interesting now ... hopefully this franchise gives Scot the authority to do his job as well as he's capable ...

Scot McCloughan is reputed to be a lot more draft focused than a combination of free agency and the draft like we have been (with a bias towards signing the 'big name' free agents!)

this franchise needs to change the way they operate and have a lot more accountability, especially at the top - Scot will need some time to evaluate what we have here and what he's inheriting - give him 1 draft and then let him make the call on who can best help he and Jay remake this roster

the coaching staff here need do to a lot of things differently and most importantly they need to get more out of their players - I think that a lot of players here, in the recent past, have seen what is going on above then in the FO AND with their coaching staff, and they don't seem to be responding as players should and are certainly not playing with much of an attitude

the losing culture here has got to change and hopefully Snyder will let that process happen under Scot and Jay's guidance

we've got a ways to go but I have confidence that things can be turned around as long as the owner let's these guys do their jobs
