Not only is he a ball hawk.....
He is FAST. Did u see him track that RB and save a TD???

Ryan Clark was frozen but Breeland stopped the runner then broke up 2 passes there after.

I'm loving this guy!!!

His 40 was a 4.62 Maybe he is more athletic in a game.

He definitely looks like a gamer. I love his tackling and he seems to track the ball well in the air. Anybody want to pick up a 26 jersey with "Island" on the back? =D>

He's definitely been making plays, and it also has seemed like teams aren't even targeting Amerson that much. Having two young corners who can play could be a huge boost. Hopefully we can focus on the lines and safety in the future.

Man I like Breeland a lot and Monday night was awesome. Can we hold off on Breeland island for a few more weeks though? I think it was only two weeks ago he was getting torched by Charlie Whitehurst.

Thank you. Breeland played one hell of a game on Monday. Keeping in mind that he's a rookie, playing a position where confidence defines the required mindset, you must remember that boldness can cut both was. A rook who has just blown up the best that Dallas could throw is at risk of OVERconfidence. Let's see how he handles it before we declare him the second coming of Dieon Sanders in coverage.

Better way until the MRI comes back too.

Bashaud Breeland headed for MRI after knee injury in practice
Redskins rookie cornerback Bashaud Breeland had a strong game against Cowboys receivers Dez Bryant and Terrance Williams last Monday night as Washington was on its way to beating Dallas in overtime, but he may not get an immediate chance to follow up on it.

Coach Jay Gruden said, via Mike Jones of the Washington Post, that Breeland got his cleat caught in the grass during Friday’s practice and hurt his knee. Breeland is going to have an MRI so the team can assess the severity of the damage.

While we can’t know what the imaging will turn up, non-contact knee injuries have a habit of costing players a fair amount of time. If that’s the case for Breeland, it will interrupt his rookie season at a moment when things appeared to be coming together for him. Breeland saw his playing time rise after DeAngelo Hall’s initial Achilles tear and he’s responded to the increased responsibility well.

If Breeland is out, E.J. Biggers, Chase Minnifield and Tracy Porter are likely options to see increased playing time in his absence.

Damn, he's injury prone, too!??!

This team will never get right with Dan Snyder as owner. I'm through!

I think we should rest Trent Williams - he's been a little dinged up and we really need him for next season

and we should keep some of our good guys on the sidelines so other guys can have a chance to show what they can do

let's only play the guys we don't need next season - we might find some hidden gems

Typical. Someone has one good game, and everyone is ready to marry them.
