Fantasy Football advice

For fantasy football, I've always used ESPN and have 3 free teams for that site. Might be a bit much, but its doable, so I wanted to make only one for Yahoo. After your done the draft, you get a thorough report card on almost every selection you picked with your strengths, weaknesses and opinion on the selection for that pick. You can read the entire leagues grade.
I got a B-.
I don't know why they think you should draft 2 qbs. Get one great or good one. Its not like you can start both of them and there are always free-agents if the one you picked doesn't work. I think they favor you if you draft 2 defenses, which I think isn't necessary. One okay or good one should be fine and you can always play the match up game from free agents. Kickers should be picked last, they weren't fond of me picking the only Redskins player I picked (Kai) as the last pick. They have him as undraftable because of questioning team offense. Well, if the Redskins are hot it was a good pick and if not pick up a free agent. And they weren't fond on my back up wr's, because they are pretty neutral. But I think that some of them might be really good later on and it'll be clear who to start, plus there are free agents who are hot and always picked up.
Did the draft an hour ago, venting and telling you guys of this cool feature Yahoo has. Plus they have neat stats and research stuff that I use and know of for fantasy baseball.
Anyone care to give their opinions on fantasy football strategy and sites?

I'm in 6
Anyway, I think 2 defenses is stupid. Hell, unless you get an elite one like Seattle, or maybe SF/CAR, it's probably best to spot start anyway.
I've no problem with drafting 2 QBs if you want (or if you have someone who you're worried about like RGIII), but it's not necessary.
Kicking's SUCH a crapshoot; I always allow myself to go homer here.

Yeah I completely agree forgot I'm a hypocrit in one of my espn leagues I drafted Rg3 and Mcown. I did that draft a few weeke ago wish I picked up a stronger back up now. The guy who got an A- picked Rodgers and kaepernick. I would rather pick up rb and wr the depth.
Does your site cost money? Seems to have good features if I'm playing for money.

I choose kicker by names in know and teams who are likely to settle for 3.
Ended up with Huashka from Seattle, bout as good as I could have hoped.
in my yahoo league most people dont go for two defenses.. but w my last pick I added the skins after havinf Az already. Most sane people would say thats a waste but seriously the other positions were wiped out and the skins D was a gamble I wanted to have up my sleeve if they continue to play like wece seen thus far and dont have to worry about someone swooping them ip. Just my opinion

That's not the THN Yahoo league, because I got the Skins DEF there.

No advice here. Wanna do it. Not gonna do it. Wouldn't be prudent. Not at this juncture.

The best advice I could give is not to believe everything that the fantasy "experts" say, because their judgements are as good as yours. Just this year, they told me not to play DeSean Jackson v. Philly because of the shoulder injury, and they also told me not to play Brandon Marshall v. Frisco because of the ankle. Boy, were they wrong! Good thing I didn't listen to them, because those two scored big points for me.
Does this website usually have a league, because I'm considering not playing next year because I keep going into crap leagues where I swear I'm playing against fantasy rookies, and it kind of kills the fun. It would be a lot more fun if I knew some of the people in my league, and if they were actually competitive.
In one of my leagues, someone drafted Russel Wilson in the first round, and another guy drafted the BACKUP Raiders QB.
