Adam Schefter just reported it, I am pumped
As some of you know, I worked with Jay for the Orlando Predators. The guy is an offensive master mind. I was his special teams assistant. The guy is a knowledgeable person.

Nice. Now what I really want to see is a buh-bye to Haz and promote Raheem Morris to DC.

Listen, I am not necessarily pro Haz, but if there is one iota of truth to the Mike Meddling in Defense stories, I don't need him gone, yet.

Gruden definitely had the right things to say, I nearly teared!
Seriously though, he had some motivating things to say.. and I'm glad he was picked for the job. Sounds like he has the goals and motivation to get this team where it needs to be. #stoked
