Read Option & Late Game Hurry Up?

Was having a thought I wanted to discuss.
We look good running a "hurry up" type scheme. Perhaps it was merely a no huddle.
Maybe I just wasn't looking for it, but I don't recall us doing much of the fast paced offense before last night.
My thought is that we run the read option, but in the 3rd of 4th quarter we implement more of a hurry up read option. Strike the defense hard while they are tiring.
What say you?
