Great article on Morris and his improvements from a year ago.

“I think Alfred just looks better, and that’s tough to say because Alfred did as good last year as I’ve ever had someone do for me,” Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan said. “But, Alf, as you guys know, Alf’s as humble as there is. He always has that. He never feels like he’s arrived, and even after his rookie year he still has that same mentality.”

I can't wait to see him tear it up this year. He's got such a great attitude and determination. Now that he's comfortable and has other healthy weapons around him, He should be swinging for the fences quite a few times this year.

Now I’ve learned the offense and now I’m starting to own the offense. I get what they’re trying to do, like setting up blocks. I’m better at what I do.”

I remember watching his college highlights after we drafted him. After every play he always fell forward. His legs never stop moving regardless of how many guys are bringing him down. Every play he runs through guys. Alfred does an amazing job of always being able to get an extra yard or two on guts alone.

"I refuse to be tackled by one person without getting the maximum yards I can get.”

Hail yeah!

That's awesome. And this is a young in only his second year.

Add Helu to the mix for giving Morris a breather, REAL problems for defenses.

great young RB, gives the O some options and opposing defenses headaches!

He surpassed all my expectations for a rookie. I certainly did not expect a rookie to break the all time franchise record for rushing. If he is better? Wow what does that look like?
