Hard schedule... up for the challenge?

That's a mighty hard season the 'Skins have next year. Hard to see them going 12-4, but can't see them tanking to 7-9 either. 10-6 again is my guess, maybe 9-7.
I say the 'Skins take the 5th seed. Giants win the division, Redskins take a wild card spot. Good thing the Redskins are NFC, they're gonna make some noise, wouldn't want to run into them.

27-12.
Anyways, which AFC division are you guys playing next year? The West?

Yes. Should go 3-1 there but one never knows.
We also play the NFC North. 2-2 is not unlikely but, again, one never knows.
Strength of schedule games are 49R and ATL. Ouch.
Luckily we get the Cowgirls and Eagles twice each. We'll be somewhere between 3-13 and 13-3.
What is 27-12, Steelers vs. Redskins?

Yessir. Was a much more mundan game than me and my father (diehard 'Skins fan) expected. I want more of a fight from the 'Skins when we go to the next one in DC.
Anyways, the NFCN is what we face as well... I think 2-2 is a good guess. 3-1 for the West is good as well. You guys will make the playoffs I am sure, but will it be behind Big Blue?

That's what happens when your receivers suddenly develop severe allergies to pigskin...

I see the Steelers having a lot more difficult time at making the playoffs than the Redskins ...
the Redskins will be a better 'team' this year than last and I do not think the same can be said for the Steelers
all the best ....

I think last season's competition was harder than our upcoming schedule (AFC North & NFC South). Maybe the NFC North this season will balance out last year's NFC South but I'd 100% rather play AFC West compared to the AFC North. Just my opinion of course.
As for are we up to the challenge.. I think the real challenge is how we deal with defenses making adjustments after having a full off-season to prepare for Kid Dynamite.
2013/14
Home: Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, San Francisco 49ers, Kansas City Chiefs, San Diego Chargers.
Away: Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos, Oakland Raider.
Lions, Chiefs, Charger, Packers, Vikings, Falcons, Raiders.. those defenses don't even put a half ounce of fear in my heart.

I'll quote you on this
The more I think of it, I am coming to the conclusion the Redskins end up at 10-6 again, either Wild-Card or Division winner. Depends on which Giants show up next year.
Also, let's not bring up which team is run better...

Fortunately for the Redskins ... we are on the rise and I doubt that there will be many games that we will not have a good shot at winning
The Steelers have been a great franchise recently but that means very little in today's NFL
I see a down year for this great franchise but I'm sure their staff will find a way to not be too bad - 2nd place in that division is not going to be easy ...
I'm sure you'll be keeping us in touch with your 'progress' ... FOR SURE, we will keep you in mind too
btw - all the best with James H

Yup. Anything is possible for the Redskins. And yes, we are run very well, I've guarenteed everyone we WILL win the division next year. Too much to cover about that, and anyways, this is Redskins territory.
If RG3 is 100%, Alfred repeats his badass 2012 and the team continues to mold, the Redskins will be the 2nd best team in the NFC in my opinion (behind the Niners). Again, the Giants may win the division, depends on which Big Blue shows up.

I don't put too much stock in strength of schedule estimates this early. They often turn out to be way off.

3 'guarantees' from me ...
RG3 will be better and a more effective QB than he was last season ...
Alfred Morris will be a better RB and a more effective RB than he was last season ...
The Redskins defense AND offense will be better than last season ...
not many franchises can look at their team and REALLY EXPECT to see that type of improvement from all facets of the game this season
I am not saying or thinking, we'll win every game ... but I guarantee that we'll be a lot better offensively and defensively than we were last season

+1 - especially when the strength of schedule is based on last year - we are not going to be the 'same' as last year and neither are the teams we are going to play this season ...
many teams will not be able to 'upgrade' from what they had or as much as they'd like -...
this Redskins franchise is poised to become a very consistent group that should be a playoff contender each season - I'm excited to see them play again

Haha, would be nice. I can see it as long as nothing really stupid happens.

1: the knee is going to be a big ?. it appears everything is going as planned or even better, but he is still thin.
2: I have no clue how Morris could get any better than he was last year. Literally, how could he get better? If he improved any more he would be reaching Peterson status.
3. I think Defensively it is a given. Offensively is still up in the air. No one on earth can gaurantee this because there are still too many ?s. But if it makes you feel better to say it, then by all means do it!!

RG3 will be fine - the only question about his knee is how much better will it be than it was - NOT if it's going to be an issue or not
BOTH Alfred Morris and RG3 are going to be a lot better than they were because:
they've had a year of experience
the O line - this was considered a HUGE concern last August - they will be MUCH better this season
the offense will be further adjusted by Mike & Kyle to take better advantage of the weapons we have
The defense is going to get an awful lot of attention in the coming months - and they have some really good players coming off injuries
and
this franchise is going to 'benefit' by having NFL players really wanting to be a part of all that is happening here

Isn't Pitt about 30 million over the cap right now? Changes will need to be made.
That said, Pitt does have one of the best coaches and owners in the NFL, so there is that......

8 million thank you. Considering Wallace and Mendy will be gone, and Harrison and Troy will cut their pay I say we will be fine.

Still meshing. If all works well with the new HB we will be on track.
