We really need this win tonight! I know there is cap gate, but the biggest reason is it is starting to look like the Skins' only path to the playoffs is as the division winner. With a Searle win yester and the of their last for games at home, it is starting to look they are destined to get that last wild card slot with Chicago our Green Bay getting the other.

Plus Dallas won so they're technically ahead of us right now. We are sitting like 10th place for 6 spots.

This is a must win game and I have belief that RGIII is up for the challenge! "No pressure, no diamonds."

I am just ready for this game, no matter what.
We have been with out skins football for 2 weekends and I'm starting to have withdrawals. This off-season is going to suck.....

Must-win.

I hate Monday night games. Maybe it's because we've done so poorly in most of them for so long.

If anyone can turn that around, it's RGIII.

But I still hate Monday night games.

Totally agree on both points.

I expect nyg to bring their A game, I expect RG3 to bring his A game, the question marks I have is how will our Defense show and how will our running game and receivers perform. LETS GO WIN

I've been thinking a lot on this the past ten days. I really think all of the pressure tonight is on the Giants.

Honestly if the Skins lose tonight, its not going to be some big shocker. Its not an upset. NY is *supposed* to be the better team. People are going to say we lost to the defending Super Bowl champs. Skins fans will be upset and disappointed, but that's kind of par for the course.

Seriously I think the Giants are scared of RGIII. They don't have a commanding lead in the East, and they don't want to lose on national tv in prime time. We'll see how it goes.

Having said all that, I'm a little more nervous about this game after watching the Cowboys/Eagles last night. Not only do the Eagles suck, but the Cowboys nearly lost to the worst Eagles team in 20 years. I'm afraid that tarnishes our two game winning streak a little bit.

Its clouding up and starting to look like rain. Tough to say if there is an advantage, it might be a question of who has the better mudders, i would give G3 an advantage on both arm strength for pass control and the ability to improvise.
We have to find a way to win and i'll give advantage to our defense secondary, i feel the Giants front line is equal to our defensive line but if rain and mud become an issue our secondary should have an advantage over the Giants receivers.
I believe i'd see it rain, our kicker will win the game.
We have to win and kick the Giants asses, shut out Cruz. Get him frustrated early and he won't be worth 2 cents in the 4th quarter.
We got home field advantage and our fans have got to scare the s**t out of the Giants and be loud!
We need this win.

David Diehl is out for the Giants. Sean Locklear will be filling in and facing Ryan Kerrigan.

Trent Williams looked extremely uncomfortable in warm-ups, but he is a go; along with London Fletcher who continues his starting streak

The Washington Redskins are using critical comments from New York Giants co-owner John Mara as motivational fodder leading up to Monday's showdown between the NFC East rivals, sources told ESPN.

Mara, the chairman of the NFL's management committee, was among those who led the charge to take away $36 million worth of salary-cap space from the Redskins this past offseason.

In an article that was posted on ESPN.com on March 25, Mara was quoted as saying, "I think (the Redskins) are lucky they didn't lose draft picks" and "I thought the penalties imposed were proper."

In the days leading up to the Giants-Redskins game on "Monday Night Football," Washington coaches and officials had Mara's quotes hanging on sheets of paper on their office doors, according to team sources.
Awesome.

It's going to be good to see RG III in his first MNF appearance. I think he's a money player who is going to prove his worth tonight. F the Gints. F Mara.

Should win that challenge. Show these refs it won't be the same old games they play.

Lousy spot, makes us burn a challenge...gonna be one of those games where we have to fight the refs all the way
