You guys remember Jumpy Geathers?

His nephew, Robert Geathers is a DE from Georgia who is a projected late round pick in the draft.

Maybe he could help as our 5th round pick?

Anybody know anything about him?

This is all i could dig up

Robert Geathers
DE | (6'2", 271, 4.95) | GEORGIA | COLLEGE STATS

Comments: Geathers has adequate size, strength, can add bulk. Comes low out of stance, good initial power. Never stops hustling. Pursues ball while maintaining backside responsibilities. Consistent leverage. Relentless pass rusher who picks up a lot of scraps. Uses power moves then swim move to create separation. Lacks experience. Raw recognition skills. Struggles to find ball in running game, then struggles to shed blocks. Adequate quickness, inconsistent snap anticipation. Gets a great jump at times, but can be a step late. Plays out of control. Takes poor angles, misses tackles. Decent at holding ground, but must get bigger and stronger. Must improve pass-rush repertoire. Lacks body control, balance. Lacks closing burst to quarterback. Leaves feet too often, missing sacks. Geathers made a mistake by entering the draft. He runs well and could become a playmaker. But Geathers is a developmental player who needs another year in college. He has inconsistent technique, must get stronger and add some pass-rush moves. He will be selected on Day 2 because of his upside, but he is not ready to contribute in the NFL.

Thanks BTP

Looks like he's a project. But, he's definitely worth a look with the 5th or 6th round pick.

You all remember the "Forklift" where Jumpy got up and pushed a lineman straight back into the QB? Man that was a great move.
