Playing with non-Skins fans. Where to grab RGIII?

OK, I need some advice from people who would love to have RGIII on their team, but you don't want to pay too much for him in a fantasy league with non-Skins fans.
Of course, they all know I love the Skins. I will be wearing my RGIII socks, but I will keep them covered until AFTER I take him.
So where do you take him? 12 team league 1 QB, non-point per reception, passing TD 4, rushing TD 6.
His ADP has him being taken in the 8th round of a 12 team league as QB #12.

ESPN doesn't believe and they have him as QB#15.
I have seen him ranked as high as QB#8

Based on where QBs are going (and the fact my league mates would love to steal RGIII from me), I think I need to move on him in the 5th round or at the very beginning of round 6.
What do you think? When is RGIII right for me?

5th round??????????
Eli, Peyton, Romo, Rivers, Ryan, Vick, etc.. all those guys don't go till the 7th/8th round. If you want RG3 you can wait till 11th/12th round to get him. If you're that pressed than sure, get him early but you'd be passing up on another O player to another manager in your league.
I'm hoping for big things from the kid but given the fact you can get 2 well proven QBs I'm not sure why you'd want him on your fant. team.

I believe that in most non-Redskin-fan 12-team leagues he will go somewhere in the 6th round. If some guys are already taking kickers and such he could last longer but you would be gambling to wait longer if you really want him.
The question in these Redskin leagues is "Who's taking him in Round 1?"

Nice. If I get lucky, I will wait, but I have RGIII ranked ahead of Romo. Romo gets too much sand in his #^*@%$.

It ain't me, LPJ. It's just what I been seein'. Seems like this guy wants him and if he does round 8 is probably late.
I saw a guy pick the DET defanse in round 6 the other day. That's who we want in our paid leagues.
Oh, BTW, I was a round off. He's been getting drafted in
ROUND 7 almost every 12-team mock.

I guess I can't comprehend why anyone would want him period. I have RG3 on my queue right below Flacco and Schaub (as backups.. def. not my starters)

I'd call him a borderline starter in a 12-team league. Of course you know why peple would want him. He is not Homo, or Dog Killer, or some other guy we hate. He is R G frickin' III. He's a 'Skin.
When did JHog (aka the Fat Bastard) pick him?
I had him queued as a back-up too but he was long gone.
BTW - you never know either. He's gonna run too and could be a real sleeper.
Anybody think he'll throw 20 TDs and run for 4 more? That doesn't make him a fantasy star but do those seem like possible numbers?

Under Kyle we have thrown 591 and then 605 passes. Yardage numbers are 3931 and 3773. TDs are 21 and 19.
My Predictions:
Griff will throw 600 times for 4,000 yards and 24 TDs. He will run for 400 yards and another 4 TDs.
He is an upgrade, isn't he?

I hope to the good lord you're wrong about that. He definitely shouldn't be running that much or even close to that.

One busted play per game for 13 and two more by design for 6 each.
I hope I'm wrong too.
He could go for 100 in the first game. Two 50 yard scampers would do it.

QBs. GREAT PICKS!
RBs. Love Foster obviously. Love Bradshaw. Doug Martin, well I don't know how that'll turn out but always remember that Blount can jump up at anytime and take carries.. he's so iffy like that. Kevin Smith I like because Jahvid Best is damn near certain to get hurt again.. biggest issue is with LeShure up there. CJ is a good pick cuz Fred Jackson is almost in the same boat as Jahvid Best. LOVE that Cedric Benson pickup!!
WRs. GREAT PICKS!!!!
TE. I think Tamme will a real good year.. not sure how the Denver's offensive playcalling will be but in the past I remember Peyton and him doing reaaal good together. Obvious issue is Decker and Thomas @ WRs.
Yea, I'd be a bit nervous playing you.. good luck and nice job!!!
