Who going to get a RGIII Jersey?

Last time I bought a jersey was when I got my McNabb jersey. When McNabb failed I was so agitated that I wasn't going to buy anymore redskins jerseys and just wear my Sean Taylor jersey. Yes, I love my Sean Tayor jersey, but I can't wait for Griffin's to come out. I gotta have one!

Having gone through a Heath Shuler effort back in the day, I think I'll hold off for now and stick to the Darrell Green

I'm pumped! Keep watching highlights of him at Baylor on YouTube. Mad skills! I'll be upset if the Colts take him. Gotta have his jersey, he's going to be here for a long time.

Me too... looks unbelievable especially on deep throws.

Bought my son a Sean Taylor for Xmas. We'll be getting RG3s as soon as we know his number.
You might want to put something like this over your #5 so you can still wear it.

Firstly, this sports collectable shop in my neighborhood has a signed Sammy Baugh jersey... but I can't afford it.
Secondly, I hope Griff does wear #3... it would look cool, and it would eliminate the need for him to have "GRIFFIN III" on the back of his jersey which would look dumb. Then again, maybe we'll end up with Luck... and #12 will be open.

I might do that Darth. The truth is, I bought two McNabb jerseys. I also bought one for my son. Big mistake! I also like the number 3 for Griffin.

I believe that would be "Lord Monk", actually. Having any difficulty breathing?

Going to be more rg3 jerseys in the stands than any other.
No sure I can get one. I hate having the same jersey as EVERYONE. I will stick to my burgundy riggo for now.

Yep, those dark Lords of the Sith can be
touchy about such things.

I occasionally do this to clear up a common misconception. It started when The Squealster called me DarthVader:

I think you may have me confused with Darth Vader. I am not he. I am DarthMonk.
Vader had the highest known concentration of midi-chlorians ever measured - 20,000 per cell. He was rumored to have been conceived by them. I was. My concentration is 81,000 per cell. Hence my number - 81.
I was conceived by the midi-chlorians. I am so force sensitive I can see the future though I choose not to. I am the 2011 Hognostication Champion as well as Hog Bowl III Champion without "cheating" though I am blessed with exceptional analytic abilities.
The midi-chlorians had some tough choices to make when they decided to conceive me:

I love my mother:

I am not Luke's father in any way though, figuratively, I am your daddy.
May the force be with you.

So true that's the same thing I did, so I just wear my

ey jersey.
Patience is prudent

Well, no one will have to fight me for a RGIII jersey. I will stick to former greats....I have Riggo, Theismann, and Jurgensen jersey's....with Monk for my wife. I bought her a Portis jersey, and the next season he was gone. Then I got her a Moss jersey, and he may be gone this season.
Maybe after our first visit to playoffs with RGIII as QB...then I will think about getting that burgundy jersey.....

Man, I really want an RGIII jersey. However, the last jersey I bought was a RAMSEY, and that didn't turn out so well.

I'm.thinkn bout ordering a Jersey as soon as he is drafted a white one- the color I wear the least do mass amounts of wings and brew consumed during games- with capital RG on the back and of course number three. Then get an official jersey when they hit the store.
Great idea eh?

Sir Monk, how about a little throwback love for #43 Larry Brown?

I thought about you when I posted those jerseys. I do not own a Larry Brown jersey though I have his rooke card. Maybe we will meet for some pre-game this year - have a soda and a burger before we watch warm-ups.

^ Thanks for spreading the throwback love. Brown may not have the stats to attract most HoF voters, but we Skins fans know that Brown's performance in each of his games screams HoF! He left everything he had on the field and he always got got up. (Check out his book,
I'll Always Get Up by Larry Brown with William Gildea)
Darth, I am sure that we can manage to meet next season at one of the games.
