Now that puts an interesting twist to things

Jim Irsay must not have liked what the Polians were planning to do with both Manning & the #1 pick

very, very interesting

Apparently, Polians wanted Luck. Irsay wants Manning. Irsay owns, Irsay wins ... for now. Luck would have been their best choice in te long term. This is what happens when owners who almost always know nothing about how to mange a team make decisions.

The Polians will have the shortest unemployment period ever. In fact, they can almost pick and choose where to go. As long as they DO NOT land in Dallas, I am ok.

Father and son, eh? Tiger Bob Irsay and his brainless kid.

Maybe Jim Irsay had some inside-football chats with Dan Snyder? Or with the ghost of George Preston Marshall?

Shortly after the firings came out, Jim Irsay said the Manning issue will be a family decision and not a football one... So the football people have been shown the door

Which probably means Manning stays. If so, the Colts might want to trade their #1 pick for multiple picks.

And then ... P Manning declares in an interview that he is shocked and that one of the main reasons for him to come to Indy in the first place was ... Polian !!!

I am -almost- sure that Danny Snyder gave advice to Irsay.

We will remember this move if the Colts suck for the next decade.

Clearly, a Danny-type decision. The Irsay's will be fine. Someone will snap them up in a second. Just wow...
