Dear Shanny and Shanny:
Please set a game plan to get Fred Davis back into the swing of things. 2 tight end set would be great....put in Cooley too.
Rec. yards 105 .....game 1
Rec. yards 86.....game 2
Disappeared thereafter. COME ON MAN....!!!!

I think teams are focused in on Davis now more than they were before. Prob why the running game is doing so well.

Ok no problem!
I think he has a big game probably Cooley too. We need to spread the ball around run run run PA screen run run run pass run run screen run BOMB and so forth. Oh and here's a quote from one of them arti-cools on the front page:
• TE Fred Davis? didn’t leave town during bye week, opting to work out, study film and catch passes from QB Rex Grossman? at Redskins Park.

I also hope that Davis starts getting more looks. I noticed that in the Dallas and STL game, they had a good amount of "set plays" designed to get Cooley the ball. The issue I have with these Cooley designed plays is that Cooley's still hurt and not at 100% -- he appears slower and goes down much easier than he did last year. I would like to see more designed plays for Davis. He is currnelty our best option at TE and a bigger threat than Cooley. I would even go as far as putting Davis as our #1 TE.

Hopefully Davis and Cooley have great yards - from 2 or 3 catches each, at most
we need to run the ball - when they put 8 or 9 in the box we still need to run the ball
we need to make sure that Grossman does NOT need to pass the ball - we do not need many pass attempts
AGAIN -
we need to run the ball - we will win this game because the eagles cannot stop our running backs

I love Davis and Cooley but we need to run the ball this week
we have a better chance when their offense has VERY limited time on the field
this happens when we do not need to pass the ball
Grossman is not good at passing the ball - bad things happen when Grossman feels he is able to pass the ball

I do hope Vick, and then Young/Kaffa, and Kaffa/Young get Nailed on some Safety blitzes by Landry. Will be nice. Let Vick break loose on one and meet Landry in the secondary.
Follow that up with some KerrAkpo and McInFletch to finish them off!!
