Parking Pass: Smeagles @ Skins Fedex Field, Gray Lot!

First off thanks Boss for permission to try and sell this here.
Gray lot folks, located on Brightseat Road and walking distance to the stadium. I'm letting it go for what's it's worth at $35, I'd never try to pull a fast one on my fellow Skins fans. A smeagles fan definitely though
Pros: Your out of the stadium area faster than the green parking lots since your actually on Brightseat Road. Also you can tailgate there and the Redskins actually do inventory on these spaces so everyone with this pass WILL have a parking spot. PG County police direct all incoming traffic into the parking lot and are onsight in case of any issues. (unlike green lot where you have to walk near the stadium itself to find someone) There are actually two (2) gray lots for your convenience located side by side.
Cons: Only real con that I can see is that you have to walk to the stadium as the lot is located on Brightseat Road. The other con is that because the lot is cheaper in price, usually it has alot of visitor fans parking there since most season ticket holders get the green lot.
Reason I'm selling mine is because I'm riding with a buddy who already has a parking pass. If interested just give me a buzz and I can either Fedex it to you or we can meet up somewhere if your in the DC area.
