Cheatin Gmen Defense.....

Watching the Rams O gasing the pedal with NO HUDDLE tempo. Gmen D had no answers and was clearly out of breath. So what do they do: FAKE 2 INJURIES so the training staff could come out and give them "assistance" without calling timeout.... WOW, who knew they were that devious, saving timeouts and taking a breather.
Cheatin' Devious fools.........

it's a disgrace. they should be ejected from the game and suspended for 4 or 5 more. it is cheating, plain and simple. if Terelle Pryor is suspdended 5 games for "violating the integrity of the NFL draft", then these players need to be suspended for at least as long for violating the very integrity of the game, of the sport, of all sports.
additionally, the Rams o-coordinator should be fired for abanadoning the hurry-up for the rest of the game after laying waste to the Giants early on. makes no sense at all. no justification. they could run the exact same handful of plays over and over and the Giants were too discombombulated to stop it.

I like that word: discombobulated....!!!
They replayed it a few times. The play was over, all Gmen defense was up and standing around THEN..... all of a sudden 2 of them "crumble" to their knees and laid out on the ground. Then, shortly there after, getting Gatorade, etc....they were UP AND STANDING again.... UNBELIEVEABLE.
Gruden was then one commenting and pointing it out....tsk tsk tsk

LOL. I laughed when I saw that I couldn't believe it. They just flopped on the ground.

That article accused Landry of flopping. I can't recall ever seeing that. Certainly not to the extend of these players.

I totally agree. I don't ever remember seeing Landry flopping. Let me ask you if he did flop don't you think that they would have made a big deal about it?

My coworker from NY said he wasn't able to see the game but was listening on the radio. I told him, "you guys really do suck". I explained how lucky they were the Rams couldn't score in the redzone and I told him about the "collapsing players on defense".
That was horrible to see, they just collapsed like they were dying. Incredible, I've never seen that happen with multiple players before in all my life of watching football.

I do remember him doing it once last year. He laughed afterwards. I can't recall exactly in which game he did it, but he DID. The author was right.

That wasn't exactly faking an injury to slow down an offense that had them on their heels though. Laron's was more like not wasting a timeout on an errant chinstrap. It's still faking an injury, but for a slightly more sportsman like motive.
...at least it was only preseason.

Yeah I remember him doing it too. It was funny. I thought it was a preseason game but I'm not 100% sure.
