I personally think we should drop Torain and enter one of those other young RBs. Torain is just too dag gone injury prone, a beast when healthy but do we need that headache again?

I think we need to let Banks go to be honest wit you all. (I know I'll get murdered for that)... but hear me out real quick. Let's just eliminate kickoffs because of the NFL's dumb 35 yard line rule. Austin can do punt returns and has proven he's more than capable of doing it. I say we actually keep Stallworth because he's not costing us jack and he's a savy vet who can still get open (team's seem to totally forget he's on the field).

Saw Selvish Capers on your roster. Haven't seen too much written about him, has he been having a good preseason, or is he just better than other warm bodies?

Not bad, I think you're really close on this...I had some thoughts:

1) I'm thinking only 6 WRs. Stallworth is 30 and that would give us 3 guys 30 or more. I'd say we keep Banks as number 6. KO aren't s.
2) No Sellers? Great special teams player, I think he makes team.
What has Keiland Wms done? I'd keep Sellers over Wms.
3) Blades is gone...we keep Jackson over him. Solves the issue of too many ILBs versus OLBs too.
4) Practice Squad -- no Niles Paul? Haven't seen enough of Paul or Robinson to make a call on that.
5) DL -- Scott and Worthington? Not sure they both make it. Will Daniels come back?

I'll agree with Banks making the roster if he has no swelling in his knee on Friday and Saturday morning, sending Paul to the PS.

Sellers might have played his way back on the roster, it's a toss up.

Phillip Buchanon might not be around once his suspension.

Royster could mak the roster but I can't find a lot for him right now.

Hicks is gone, Locklear and Riley are on the bubble and Aldrick Robinson might not make the PS

I think K Will is a keeper. He was 3rd on the team with 5 TD's last yr. Ideal 3rd down back. Good redceiver & willing blocker. Locklear & Riley are both in. Hicks I don't know. While he offers versatility, I think that means he's equally bad at G or T. I'd be surprised if Gibson made the 53.

I'm not sure Zo makes the team and if he does it will be because Danny Smith stood on a table and demanded it. You can't make a case for him based on his play on defense. It is a shame because I really like the guy!

To be honest, I think Shanny will carry 3 QBs, so I agree with you on that. I can live with 8 OL rather than 9. I am going to edit that based on your suggestion.

The DC local radio jocks were raising concerns about Zo in the game in the 4th quarter, but he was playing ILB, a new position. I feel that they want a look at him there. I have no doubts that he will be on the team. One of the Jocks jokingly said, "If they cut him, who will do all the charity work for the Redskins." At the end, of th conversation, they felt that he would be on the team.

Bubble Guys: Donte Stallworth, Mike Sellers, Logan Paulsen Worthington/Scott. If any of the bubble guys is released, I'd expect a guy like Thaddeus Gibson or Edgar Jones to have a shot to make the team.

If it were up to me, I'd consider releasing Logan Paulsen and using Mike Sellers as the emergency TE to free up a roster spot. I've never considered Brandon Banks as a WR. He's a return man, and I expect him to be on this team as just that.

My Revised list - includes 3 QBs. I don't think that they will cut Clemens. If Grossman or Beck were to get hurt, we would need someone who knows the offense and Clemens already has a head start. You don't want to pull a rookie from the PS in that situation. I released an OL Hunt and put him on the PS. PS is fluid, as you all know, so it will change as guys get released from other teams.
