There wasn't a lot of movement via free agency last year..... and all of the veteran who left were released. So the Skins won't get anything for the players that signed with other teams.
That being said it looks like about only 20 teams to earn comp picks for losing players via Free Agency, and the NFL passes out 32 every year. As long as the league has 22 or less to award, the Skin should get one of the last few picks because the leftovers are passed out to teams in the original order of the draft.
That means the Redskins have 7 picks maybe 8
1st Round 10th pick
2nd Round 41st pick
5th Round 141st pick
5th Round 156th pick (from Saints)
6th Round 172nd pick
7th Round 203rd pick
Undisclosed (from Colts) believed to be the 214th pick but may be the 183rd pick if it's based on Tyron playing time.
The COMP PICK should be one of the last 10 picks in the 7th round
Hope this help

I read on CSNWashington that using the formula of the guy who has successfully guessed the comp picks the last several seasons (I think his username is JT13) there would be 11 unawarded comp picks this season. I'd link it if I could find the article. Can't understand why the formula is suck a closely guarded secret. Comp picks aren't the first thing on the minds of teams plotting their draft strategy.
