Six of the eight teams ahead of the Redskins may be looking for a QB, the top QBs could be gone by the time theSkins pick unless they make a move. Zona and SF might help out with wins this weekend

The top 4 could be looking for qbs unless the broncos can find someone else on the planet that thinks Tebow is a franchise qb, so who we gonna trade up with?

we should sue McNabb for sucking so badly this year, and make him come up with a way for us to recoup that 4th rounder.

trade

ey for a 2nd, McNabb for a 3rd, Haynesworth for a 4th. Carter for whatever you can get. (7th?) Then all of the sudden you have some options in the draft.
We need a franchise QB, OL help, D Line help, LB help, secondary help. The only way to do that is to get as many picks as you can and draft players who fit your schemes.
I trust Shanny as a talent evaluator, lets get him as many picks as we can to work with

Carolina (2-12)
- Just drafted Claussen 2nd round
Denver (3-11)
- Just drafted TEbow 1st round/ Orton
Cincinnati (3-11)
- Palmer isn't all of the problem
Arizona (4-10)
- QB dire need
Detroit (4-10)
- Just drafted Stafford '09 1st round
Buffalo (4-10)
- Just a hunch, but I think they'll stick with Fitz. He's had a pretty good year.
San Francisco (5-9)
- dire need
That team in Texas (5-9)
- I think they'll stick with Tony Homo
Things could work out for us and get a top 3 QB. As where the guys are ranked in the draft, I don't know if they will be worthy of our pick.

I agree with your assessment VET, but I think CIN could be looking QB to groom under Palmer since he is nearing the end. They also could be looking WR in the form of AJ Green to take over for TO and OCHO

I was going to post essentially the same thing so thanks for saving me the work
I would also add that a buddy of mine that is a die hard 49ers fan keeps talking about how much San Fran loves Cam Newton, so if they were to take him that would still give us a great chance of landing one of the top 3 qbs (Luck, Locker, Mallett).

I believe its a 4th rounder in the 2012 draft.

With all of the issues surrounding McNabb, I would think that Arizona would be a good place for him to land. He lives in the area in the off season and they really, really, really (worse than the Redskins even with Grossman) need a quarterback. I wonder if the Cardinals be willing to offer up a draft pick for the trade?

They won't sue him but they'll let him go out and find a trade partner, I hope they get a 3rd or higher but I'd settle for a 4th and a 6th, I'd even take a 2nd or 3rd in 2012 if he's going to be gone.

I think Blaine Gabbert is coming out and this the year for him to. I think if he comes out he will fall in our laps. Next I still see us drafting Darues first and then trading back into the first and getting Gabbert. I know what people are saying but it way easier to get a middle 1st round pick without sending the farm at a team for it.

Pass. He'd counter sue for our lack of an OL as well as more then two guys to throw to and clean us out

The Panthers will hire a new coach after the season and Claussen hasn't been all that hot this season. The fan base wants Luck
VetSkinsFan wrote:Denver (3-11)

Many don't think Tebow should be a starting QB in the NFL and Orton will be a free agent. They'll have a new coach next season too
VetSkinsFan wrote:Cincinnati (3-11)

Palmer isn't getting any younger but I could see them taking WR AJ Green since the T Ocho show didn't workout. Lewis looks to be on his way out also
VetSkinsFan wrote:Arizona (4-10)

Maybe they'll be interested in McNabb

Detroit is set at QB, they have the guy Shanny wanted last year. Gailey might stick with Fitz next year or if he might look for a rookie QB, They need help on the D-line more than anything
VetSkinsFan wrote:San Francisco (5-9)

They need all the help they can get there

Maybe we lose out and get ahead of Zona and SF or can send AH to the Lions and swap picks

I wasn't suggesting that CIN doesn't look @ QB, but they've sucked it up pretty bad this year and TO's having a good season, so that means that Palmer's having an okay year. I really don't keep up with the AFC at all, so it was just a vague comment on CIN. It's totally pplausible that they may take a QB in '11 or whatever the next draft year is IMO.

TO is done for the season with a injury, but was about to be Haynesworth'd for bashing Palmer's performance. I don"t think they'll go QB in round 1 but they might be looking
