Randy Moss Cut!

According to Mike Lombardi of the NFL Network, Randy Moss was waived by the Vikings. I say the Skins should sign him. Not, just because we need a wide receiver, but because we need something to occur within these next two weeks to take the attention off of this retarded McNabb decision.

DAMAGE CONTROL!

It is true!!! It is all over the NFL website with a red flag. No link yet but soon.

I do not know what to say ... about it all, Moss, Vikes, or Skins ...

I am sure that somebody in Redskins Park (and the rest of the NFL) is looking at this

Do we need the drama that comes with Moss, though?

I am VERY tempted to agree but ....

first I would like to know a bit more about the circumstances behind this inexplicable action so far ...

He's outspoken. He's been doing that all year. He cries to the media when things aren't great. I want him. AA #2 and Moss in the slot would instantly make our passing game better, even our oline would benefit from it.

If it comes with 10 TDs, yes. Besides, it can't be worse than the drama known as Mike Shanahan cage fighting with Fat Albert and McNabb.

Whoever claims him off of waivers is only on the hook for the remainder of his 2010 salary I believe. If he clears waivers, he can sign for league minimum.

I don't think the Pats want him back actually.

If claimed off waivers, he's worth a pro-rated $6.2M for the rest of the year. If he clears waivers, he's signed for whatever he can get.

This woulda been a good move 3-4 years ago. Not now.

Not when he's still wanting to be in NE.

I don't think he's a good fit right now.
Yeah, he's got skillz, and is heading toward HoF enshrinement.
Yeah, he's a threat as a WR, but basically only vertically deep, not necessarily ready-to-fit in a West Coast offense with a weak OL.
I don't think the 'Skins are strong enough at this point to keep him happy, so he's not popping off to the press after the game.
We've already got the drama between the Shanahans and Haynesworth and McNabb, and I think Moss, regardless of the strengths he might bring, would just add another facet to the soap opera that we don't need right now.

Do we need the drama that comes with a liar of a HC?

Yes we do ... Moss could keep Shanahan occupied so he doesn't piss off McNabb anymore than he already has.

Right now, that deep ball is the only thing Kyle knows how to call, so having Moss would also help that situation.

I think that Brad Childress will be on the unemployment line very soon.

Randy. Welcome to Washington. Where your half ass effort is still half more than Joey Galloway.

Tennessee Titans reportedly land Moss at #22.

I guess Joey Galloway is grading out well just like Kory Lichtensteiger. Joey gives maximum effort and is a Tana-han guy. We couldn't use a guy like Randy. I'm going to barf.
