Hello Redskin fans Packer fan here. Best of luck sunday and here is to a good game with no injuries. This will be a tough game. We are facing the best offense and the bst defense so far this year. I dont think were going to win with the way we have been playing the past two weeks. Im going to predict a close game but a 23-20 loss in overtime. We need to pressure Mcnabb and we need to force at least 2 turnovers in order to stay in this game. Nice talking with you skin fans again. God bless.

Wow! That has to be the first time an opposing fan has come here and predicted a loss for his team. You should be in our Hognostications contest!

He's a Midwesterner, they're nice you know. I'm the exception that proves the rule. When I worked in NY City there was a guy from New Jersey who thought we were like Vulcans, incapable of telling a lie. So of course I made up all kinds of crap to tell him. Anyway, I'm sure several Skins "fans" will return the favor and pick the Packers this week...

Great fans, good franchise the Pack have. My dad grew up watching Lombardi in Lacrosse, WI. Love the team because I hate the Bears (I live in Chicago).
Anyway, the Pack will win this game no questions asked. It will be closer than usual because of home field, but it will be a 10 point (at least) win.
I went to the Packers/Skins game on the first Monday night football game following 9/11. They had the largest American flag I have ever seen in my life. Stretched from endzone to end zone, sideline to sideline. Truely amazing. We got crushed

I think we win, and not in overtime. I know Aaron rodgers can toss the rock but the Pack have no running game. No running back to speak of means no SCREEEEENS.....

Well I am one, I don't see a scenerio in which the Skins win this game unless there are some fluky plays. Rogers is very good, the Packers D is very good and they have good coaching. We have Joey Galloway.
Of course, I thought there was no way the Redskins would beat the Eagles and no way they would lose to the Rams so what do I know?

you said it
not to single you out because there are others here that are thinking the same thing -
shame on you all
we are not a good team by any means but we can beat the Packers this week
let me remind those who doubt - we also beat the pukes and they will show over the coming season that they are in fact a good team and will most likely win the NFC EAST
you guys are so funny - pointing to all the reasons why we can't play and "I 'm not interested in what you think, I have seen NOTHING on the field to make me think there is any hope for this defense this year" it's not funny, it's STUPID

and shows no faith in the guys trying to make some changes here to make this team better
I think we have more chance of beating the Packers than the Jags had last week against the Colts
the oddsmakers had the Eagles favored by 6 because of Vick - Vick was playing at a much higher level than Rodgers is
the Packers are favored by 2.5 this week - I guess this means we have no chance
Green Bay was favored by 14 at home against the Lions - they won by 2 -are you kidding me
like the man said "any given Sunday"
we might not win but I do think we have a pretty good chance

that is a fantastic stat - we are doomed
maybe they'll forget to bring the flag
OR maybe Snyder will confiscate the flag and thereby help his team for once

this sounds like another poster here who's always pointing out the reasons why we are so bad and how there's absolutely nothing good going to come from this defense this season
must be fun at your place on Sundays
no matter - in my opinion, we have a ways to go before we see a consistently competitive product on the field each week - but, we are better than we were last season and that's all that really counts
we are a work in progress and I'm sure we'll have some bumps along the way but this is a lot better group on the sidelines and on the field than we had and a lot more fun to watch even when they are playing badly

thanks for coming to the site and I'm looking forward to watching the game
I think that the Packers are a little better than we are and should win but this group is slowly finding it's way and we could give you a good game
I agree though that I hope it's injury free and the Redskins can find a way to get another win
all the best to you too

The Lions lost a close one in Green Bay. I agree it's a tough game, but it's preposterous what you say it would take to win. A solid game at home and we're in this to the end

Here's an interesting stat for everyone...Of the 53 players on Green Bay's roster, 36 were drafted by the team. That's the most among all NFL teams. If you add in undrafted free agents that number goes up even more. And, the Packers have only three unrestricted free-agent signees on their roster.
On the other hand, the Redskins are tied with the Browns for dead last in terms of most home-grown talent. Only 17 players on our 53 man roster have been drafted by the Skins.

I am convinced that this number will change, either because (i) we have competent management/coaching that understand football and are well aware of that stat or (ii), for the love of st. peter, we have to change our strategy at some point. Lord knows the old method of roster filling hasn't worked.

Man, sometimes I could swear you aren't a fan of the Redskins at all.

Orakpo will have a great day. The Pack will not be able to stop the rush. Might be the first really good game of Phat Al with us.
Redskins win !!!
Notwithstanding a few potential interception drops by Carlos "hands of stone" Rogers...

He already had that on Sunday against Philly. This season that is; he had several last year too.
