Just looking around prepping for my annual fantasy draft with all of my buddies and found this in espn's "100 facts about football stats of 2009 players."

43. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, while Mike Shanahan was the coach (1995 to 2008), the Broncos ran the ball 46.8 percent of the time (fourth-highest percentage in the NFL).

44. Over that same time period, he ran the ball in the red zone 56.9 percent of the time (third-highest percentage in the NFL).

45. Clinton Portis is going in the eighth round.

46. More Shanahan: According to Michael Lynch of ESPN Stats & Information, in the 14 years he was the coach of the Broncos, the No. 1 wide receiver on the team had at least 1,000 yards in all but two seasons.

47. The average was 1,141 yards and seven touchdowns.

48. Santana Moss is going in the ninth round.

Looks like if history holds true Santana and CP may be able to rejuvinate their cares with Shanahan at the helm.

The Skins have some solid players that will still be a STEAL in the late or later rounds of Fantasy Football.

Portis, Moss, and McNabb will be drafted late.

I try to never draft Redskins players or Dallas players either. Don't want to be a homer and can't pull for the pukes.

I'm with you! I can't bring myself to draft Cowpukes either.

I've always had a rule, no Pies on my fantasy team. Last year, for the first time, I picked one up off waivers, just to keep him from the rest of the league (I never played him). And even though I dumped him a week later, I went on a four game losing skid, after having gone 4-0 before the move. Never again!
