if the 2011 season is a lockout, how would the draft order for 2012 be decided? would it be based on the final 2010 standings or would the teams draw draft numbers in a raffle?
if its based on 2010 standings then sucking in 2010 would result in you getting the first pick overall in 2011 and 2012
