Yeah, maybe we can get Blades to play next to Fletcher and draft a rookie ILB in the middle rounds for depth.

Bad news. We can't afford to draft a linebacker in the middle rounds. That's the primary reason I didn't want us to shift to the 3-4 now. Blades is not good enough.
