Artis Hicks, guard who played for the Vikings last year. At least Shanny understands the biggest weakness on the team and is addressing it. I really hope Okung is the pick at 4

O line could be:

Okung, Dockery, Raybach, Hicks and Pashos.

with Williams, Heyer, Lichten(something), and Rinehart as backups

I don't know anything about this guy but I like the fact that we're bringing him in. Even at $3m, that's a good deal for us if he either starts or is a backup.

Definately seems like a very quality backup.

I think that he could play as our starting RG this year and then depending on how he develops in this system, he could be just a stop gap for when we get a young guy going.

Seems as though the Vikings fans are pissed they let him walk. He knows the system. Hopefully you're right

He's 32. Difinitely a stop gap.

More depth, more competition. Good signing addressing the primary problem area of the team. I'm satisfied.

I kinda thought Skip Hicks was making a comeback when I read the headline.
