Not to rain on your parade, but did you watch the game? I thought the Americans looked pretty average.

There's a long way to go in the tournament, but they're going to have to play a heckuva lot better than that to get to the gold medal game. Still, a win is a win. :-)

Go Ovie!!! It may not be pro USA, but lets face it, Ovie has been Americanized :-) With that said, I hope team USa finds a way, any way, to win the gold medal. Love for Country better than love for a player :-)

Big debate on Chad/Lavar show today about do you (Caps fans) support the Russian's because of the Alex's if USA is out. Lavar said he'd want Ovie to get a medal. I said that medal can't help our Caps so its USA or bust for me.

USA for me, can't root against my country. It would be cool to see Ovie and co get medals, but I'm mostly rooting for zero injuries.

I know it wasn't for a medal but the second coming of the miracle on ice!!! Good job USA, way to beat the Canadians in their home!

It was truly a David and Goliath story. Team Canada dominated the play in that game, but at the end of the day Team USA pulled it out.

I still can't believe they won it. The trick is going to be can Team USA reign it in and stay humble for their upcoming games? Beating Team Canada was huge, but like you said Joe, it wasn't a medal game.

3-0 with three games to go!
