The better player will play. Thats the philosophy of Joe Gibbs.

I think Walt Harris will win the job. If he doesn't, look for him to be cut a la Alex Molden...

If healthy Walt Harris is a nice DB. He was Indys best coverage guy last year (thats not saying much). But that means that the guy has some skills and could be a great addition as a nickel back.

I think Bauman has shown some signs of being able to play some. Ade Jimoh had a rough rookie campaign, so he may not be enjoying much confidence given the signings of Harris and Brown. But, if they enter camp with Smoot, Springs, Bauman, Brown, Harris and Jimoh, does that tip the Redskins' hand that Sean Taylor will not be the route they go with the 5th pick? True, he is a safety, but with Ohalette and Bowen (and possibly Terrell? I don't know his status) maybe they feel like the secondary has been as addressed as it's going to be.

We could speculate, or just wait and see. But I'm a Redskins fan...what fun is waiting?

I'm with Chili. No waiting for me.
Linda, I guess you can throw out the whole "No. 3" CB in a Gregg Williams scheme.
Read up in the Football 101 forum about the "46" defense, and get back here to let us know what you think then.
