If I were a player on the Redskins roster, I would soak up all of the knowledge from LF that I could. For instance: The man has played a gazillion games straight with minimal injury; never missing a start. I would pick his brain on what he eats, how he sleeps, how he workouts, etc...

I know injury can't always be avoided, but this man is exceptional when it comes to his play on the field and his attendance and participation in football games. If I were ANY player on the team, I would find out from the Iron Man himself to get info on how I can improve and prepare my body for the rigors of not only one nfl season, but a career of nfl seasons.

While I'm a firm believer that mild does a body good, that can't be the only thing. You can have bones as hard as steel from all that milk, but what about muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc. He must be doing yoga, plyometrics, ballet (?). Whatever it is, I would try to learn from him (ahem Haynesworth ahem).

Also, I don't think LF is the kind of guy that would cheat with HGH, etc.

I bet London says his prayers and takes his vitamins, too.

In all seriousness, I have a feeling he's in the shape he's in at his age due to discipline off the field. He seems like the kind of player who doesn't skip workouts, listens to what his body tells him, and doesn't half-ass his diet. I'd love to see him make the transition to position coach after he retires.

On milk... it's been said that whole milk is actually a more effective supplement than steroids (up to a point) when it comes to getting people big and strong.
