Would it be legal to change our uniform by removing the names?
That would send a strong signal to players and would represent the team first spirit that Shanahan is bringing us.

I don't think it would send any signal at all b/c IMO, most players don't care what any of us think.

Assumption #2 is that Shanny is comming here. I'll wait & see on that one.

I just think taking away the me-first mentality would help this team, I believe Shanny will get that done.

I disagree. The Skins have always had names on their Jerseys as far back as when I started watching them "1971". That won't make any difference in the attitude. That starts at the top. Hopefully Allen will hire a no-nonsense guy and give him the authority to kick some butt. The rest will take care of itself.
