Thanksgiving Traditions.

I was reading CNN and they had no turkey Thanksgiving alternatives. I never even fathomed the thought of Thanksgiving without the turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie, among other things. I'm curious to hear the THN family's Thanksgiving traditions.
Mine is quite traditional. My wife gets up ~4am to start out 20+ lb turkey. When she needs to put it in the oven, she wakes me up. We putz around until the parade starts and guests start arriving (if we're having guests). My brother is usually at my house for Thanksgiving, from Jersey, at the least.
Around 1-2 the turkey comes out, the stuffing comes out of the turkey, and all of the other side diskes are usually being prepared. I contribute my part by making homemade gravy. We usually eat around 3 or 4. We finish the evening with pumpkin pie (or whatever else is brought).
