Fat chance! At least this year the Raiders are in need of help big time and I doubt that they will be contenders agin for at least a season. Who know really? Maybe they will click under Norv and shock the nation.
As for the Skins all I want to see is improvement, hopefully a playoff birth, but first and foremost to bring back our stardum within the NFC East and then take it from there.

UM NO CHANCE What so ever! The Raiders are in cap hell and there team has been dismantled! Despite Adding Ted Washington they still blow! No more Charlie Garner!
