Zorn just said during his presser that the team has held internal discussions about signing Johnson. I guess it can get worse.
Redskins Considering Larry Johnson

Zorn didn't rule out signing recently released Chiefs RB Larry Johnson as a new runner for the offense. I think he has had his best day and has had numerous off-the-field issues. It's all a reach with the Redskins this season.

So true. And yet it might be just the kind of move Snyder would pull to keep people interested for two or three more games this season. heh.

WTF are we doing talking to LJ???? Betts can run. Why is Cerato so fixated on having a big name running back in here? Draft one for cheap.

I think the Skins are fools if they think LJ would be any kind of a fix for this team. He's an expensive non-upgrade who wouldn't have a future here.
They say that the cheapest car you'll ever own is the one you have. We should ride out our season with Portis and Betts, and then reassess things in the off season.

Signing LJ would fix everything.

I read that Betts has a sprained ankle - depending on how serious it is we may need another back, whether it's LJ or someone else

If we sign Larry Johnson, I'm boycotting the Redskins. I refuse to watch that racist SoB in my cherished burgundy and gold.

I didn't know the guy was racist.. I never liked him cause he was just a flat out jerk, but racism I just don't play that. . . He WAS a good RB though, now he can't do jack and its not cause of his character either. Shoot, Jamal Charles played better and he's not running his mouth. Good for KC to drop him and lawd help us all if DS grabs him. I don't think he would though, DS doesn't need anymore negative things thrown at him.

Check ATL and judge for yourself. If I'm wrong, please, show me where I've misinterpreted...

I mean, I'm not really againsed bringing the guy in.
As far as him making fun of gays and being a racist, I really don't care as long as he is giving us a better chance to win games.

Completely agree. I'd rather have Betts. A lot of people think CP is done, well, LJ has been done.

They have enough trash on the roster without bringing this POS in. On the bright side, maybe if they pick him up he'll flip out and kick the crap out of Snyder one day.

I don't like Betts much, but I'd rather keep him than bring in Johnson. I seem to remember Mason, Dorsey, and Aldredge. What's wrong with using guys that played in the preseason? Betts is NO WAY a gamebreaker, which is why I thought that those guys were brought in. I could be wrong as usual though.

What we need is O lineman.
If our front office is so willing to aquire more talent? Then why not maneuver for some distraught O lineman in the league?
Dan Snyder, Hey Vinny the toilet is not working!
Vinny C. , No problem boss I will buy a new light bulb as soon as possible!
Freakin morons!

I think we should learn from KC's Larry Johnson lesson and not sign him.
