we got something in common

Both our teams are below average. we just went in 2 totally different directions. Buffalo gets the cheap free agents and hangs on to the lower draft picks.

washington is like a kid in a candy store every free agency. usually you guys trade your picks away to get some older vet who has very little left.

but both teams are way below average. does anybody else find that funny?

im in class right now and im pretty bored. i thought it would be fun to find some other teams message board and start some crap.

No. We don't find it funny at all. Your name is ridiculous because in reality, you rule as much as the Redskins.

Actually, I do find the Bills funny.

I watch the Bills quite a bit so I feel like I know the team fairly well. They suck. Not once in 10 years have the Bills even made the playoffs let alone won a game. That my friend is in a league with the Browns, and Oakland only. The Bills will be moved to Toronto as soon as Ralph dies, so that's another knock against the team. When you decide to switch teams in two years when the team is in Toronto, we'll galdly welcome you aboard. By then our new GM and coach should be whipping something pretty special together.

hahahaha this funny. ok so lets be completely and utterly honest here. The Redskins are praying the salary cap goes away. Dan Snyder doesn't know a thing about football but he sure does know how to spend money. If and when the cap goes away, the Skins will buy almost every single high priced talent out there. Cause you guys sure can't draft talent.

So lets break the teams down real quick. I'll say where I think Buffalo is better than Washington and you guys tell me if im wrong. ok lets go...

Buffalo
---------
running backs (we have a better younger starter. plus we actually have depth. Marshawn Lynch doesnt need to dress in a clown suite or some other stupid costume to get the media attention. He just carries our offense up and down the field.)

Receivers ( Besides TO, we have a ton of depth here. All Washington has is Moss. And he clearly needs more help.)

Defensive line ( way to spend 100 million dollars on 21 combined tackles and 3 sacks. thats completely worth 100 million dollars. nailed it. thats why washington is one of the elite teams in the league. any way, buffalo has a defensive tackle named marcus stroud. not as recognized as Haynesworth, but has more tackles and 1 less sack. oh, and he is no where near the 100 million dollar mark. thats called getting value for your players. We also have schobel. a pro bowl defensive end and a true leader for our team. who is the redskins leader?)

Linebackers (when healthy. we are banged up right now.)

Defensive backs ( we got play makers back there. Mcgee, McKelvin, whitner and Byrd. Any one of these guys can take the ball from the opposing team.

Special teams ( the NFLs all time leader punt returner is parrish. We have one of the best punters in the game in moorman. Lindell isn't that bad. when he is inside the 40, he is a monster.)

Where both teams lack
--------------------------
QB

O line

Redskins
----------
Tight End (when healthy, Cooley is a monster)

anybody disagree?

Sorry I stopped reading right there...You're just going to quote AH stats and lable him a failure??? Here's a stat for you to check...check your rushing D rank??

Yeah, I disagree. Harping on the $100 million figure just shows you have no clue. That figure is nowhere close to the contract's actual value. It's basically a four year $48 million deal. Everything else is window dressing designed to make a media splash. And Haynesworth's job isn't to make takles and sacks. His job is occupy double-teams and collapse the pocket, a job he does exceptionally well. If you haven't noticed, Andre Carter is having a career year playing beside him. (BTW, how's Tennessee's defense doing this year without him?)

We have you beat at the LB position as well. I'll take Fletcher, alone, against your entire LB corps.

Overall, our defense is is heads and shoulders above the Bills. You have it right on the offensive side, though.

yeah the rushing defense. nevermind the fact the bills have 5 TIMES THE INTERCEPTIONS then the redskins have.   and how can redskins fans talk about rush defense? your ranked 22nd in the league. Talk smack about something when your team is actually good at something.

Your owner is pretty young and he still sucks. so what does age have to do with it?

He's saying he wishes our owner were on the verge of kicking the bucket. A lot of us are concerned that we won't live to see the end of the Snyder era. ;)

3.9 per rush only 3 rushing TD's

5.1 and 12 rushing TD

The NFC East leaves a pretty bad taste in your mouth, eh Bills fans?

(Actually, they should have beat the G-strings, but for a lousy kicker.)

I will bite on this thread, even though I believe he is just here for laughs and responses...

DEFENSE: 4 of 5 categories the Redskins are better...

WSH YPG Allowed: 283.4
BUF YPG Allowed: 372.4

WSH Pass YPG Allowed: 164.9
BUF Pass YPG Allowed: 198.8

WSH Rush YPG Allowed: 118.6
BUF Rush YPG Allowed: 173.6 (32nd in the league = ummm, LAST)

WSH PPG Allowed: 17.6
BUF PPG Allowed: 21.1

WSH Takeaways: 7
BUF Takeaways: 18

OFFENSE: each team better in two categories, both still stink...

WSH YPG: 296.0
BUF YPG: 264.8

WSH Pass YPG: 202.6
BUF Pass YPG: 154.8

WSH Rush YPG: 93.4
BUF Rush YPG: 110.0

WSH PPG: 13.7
BUF PPG: 15.4

In addition, Redskins have MORE sacks in LESS games played... our back-up TE (yet to start a game) has BETTER numbers than the Bills starting TE... I think that pretty much sums it up, neither team is very pretty offensively, but the Skins D is much, much, much better than Buffalo's...

 the present sucks too much for us.. true. This coming from a fan of a team that they have a board asking the owner to change things. Yup, the present sucks for us, and you.

At least you got good drama TV with the T.O. show.. oh, by the way how's that working out for ya? :?

way to get the point of this thread. we both have bad teams, just we completely different ways to get them.

That's hysterical; you accuse us of living in the past and then bring up a game from two years ago. ROTFALMAO

Even funnier, we made the playoffs that season. How'd y'all do?
