Skins final record????

Ultimately, all Skins fans are at a paradox in the universe. Do we root for them to win as many games as possible??? For what so they can end the season at 8-8, or do fans believe there is an outside hope they can make the playoffs?? Or do we hope for a high draft pick to reveamp o-line or get another QB??? What needs to be done???? Obviously I would want them to win all of their games and make the playoffs and win a Super Bowl, but is that realistic???? Are they close or are they farther away then before, these are questions that need to be answered by the front office, and coaching staff which may be dismantled at the eand of the season. In my opinion as much as this hurts I think they need to cut salaries and start over??? My prediction is 3-13(worst case scenario, best case 7-9) worst than when Pettibon was the coach and he was in a no win situation. Too many questions and not enough answers, I guess I answered all of my questions. It's not a long season when I hear players and coaches say that it's an excuse how many teams miss the playoffs because of one loss????

4-12 at best. Players are now turning on Snyder and will soon be turning on each other. This team is so dysfunctional that the only way to keep it from crashing is for Snyder to hopefully sell the team or declare hands off and hire a GM to a long term contract and let him build a real football team, not some fantasy team that this little nerd, who never played a down of football in his life has been doing for the last 10 years.

Nice to see someone else from Illinois on this board. Got to come down to the city and watch a game at Maeve. Huge Skins bar.
Anyway, 2-14 is worst case scenario...and quite possible.

I think we will beat both the Chiefs and the Eagles ... go into the bye week at 4-3, after that anything can happen.

My optimism fades with every Jason Campbell start.
I'd like to see 11-5 but im thinkin 5-11 is closer to what's gonna happen.
I wanna say if we can't beat the Chiefs to just go ahead and finish 2-14 so we can get a high draft pick, but with the two Dunderheads running this team I'm afraid they'll find a way to screw that up too.

If they do something with the line... 6-10
If they do nothing with the line...4-12

Actually, a very easy question to answer.
Barring serious injuries to the Defense, 4-12.
Otherwise, 3-13.

I predicted 8-8 and that could have gone either way (7-9 or 9-7) - I now think that 6-10 is possible so that means 7-9 or 5-11 is possible too
we have 11 games to go and these guys have not played well so far - I'm not basing my predictions on how they have played but on how they could play

6-10. Clearly, they are worse than last year. The loss to the Lions and Panthers are the two games that would have kept us on pace to match last year's 8-8 finish.
This team is below average, and 6-10 suits them just fine.

I'm standing by my 7-9 record

6-10. At best. If, I mean, when a coaching change occurs the best is 8-8 and thats if the cowgirls keep floundering. Gotta get down to the Maeve. I have seen the web pages on it.

I just don't see how this team can win games with an offense that hasn't had the ability to score since week 4 of the 2008 season. I see use winning 3 more games (which are games I think the D can hold the opponent to less than 10 ppg) this year, maybe 4 being optimistic. I could see them beating Dallas once, Oakland, the Chiefs, and another, but I don't see it.

Do you have enough of whatever you are on to share with the group? It would make watching this team less frustrating.

I sense the last victory we will see this year will be against Oakland, right after beating Kansas City.
So that leaves us at 4-12

Much to my dislike, I don't see the Redskins beating the Chiefs tomorrow. They may beat the Raiders but I think they have won what they are going to for the year with the possible exception of the Raiders. One more win, maybe.
I see blessings in the Redskins loosing the rest of the games, as painful as it will be.
1) The Redskins will get better draft pick(s) and
2) It may take the complete failure of the team for Danial Snyder to come to the reality that he and Cerrato are not football geniouses and get the personnel in here to make this a Super bowl team.
Danial Snyder may be everything that people are saying about him but one thing he cannot be accused of is wantintg the Redskins to loose. He wants the Redskins to be a power as much as the rest of us. Sometimes people must have their faces rubbed in shxx to see the light.

sorry - there is very little to agree with here - that is just such a bad way to look at the rest of the season - there are 11 games and wanting (or considering it a blessing) for your team to lose (I think that is what you meant by the non word "loosing") all of their games is almost hard to fathom

After looking at the schedule and weighing this and that, I rationally think we can win four games and perhaps pull off another win as an upset. At any rate, three to five wins seem likely. We will get a top pick in the draft.
Bradford's the only QB I'd consider for that pick-- if he's not there, we should pick for the OL almost exclusively, as well as spend a bundle for FA OL. Last year, the only pick I would have used a first on other than a OL guy was Harvin, whose performance this year surprizes me not at all. Excuse me for thinking that Harvin would be having a field day in our current version of the WC. The guy is the best runner after a short catch I've ever seen. If he can avoid his usual injuries, he will prove that he's one of the best at it of all time. I note that he's already gained over seven hundred all purpose yards for the Vikes. I bring this up to point out that the Skins fail to jiggle pieces in place, so expect that we'll will fail again this year to fix the OL or accommodate what we have. I expect an OL no name to fall to us in the third round and he'll make little difference, and also doubt that Danny will do little with the OL in regard to FA's in spite of cap relief. Everytime I hear that the problem is "execution" rather that "talent vacuum" I shudder.

Bradford is quickly becoming questionable goods after having his throwing shoulder injured for the second time in about a month.
But, this toxic FO won't seem to remember that when they are dazzled by the star power and the Heisman he won LAST season.

6-10 - wins vs Cheifs, Raiders and splits with Philly and Dallas.

I'm going to be optimistic and say 8-8 final record.

Yeah you nailed it. If we would just start Todd Collins, I'm sure we can finish up 13 - 3.
Opinions like this are exactly why Dan Snyder gets away with fielding mediocre teams year after year. He neglects the important parts of the team knowing that he can just bring in one or two big name free agents and the fans will think something has actually changed.

Todd Collins = big time free agent

JC BENCHED???!!!
UPDATED PREDICTION: 9-7, 10-6 if we manage to beat the Chiefs on limited practice for TC.

I'm no longer optimistic. We might not win another game this season!
