He should be in the front office the problem is the Skins after JKCooke died gave up on any loyalty to past players and when you do that your franchise loses it's sense of pride and that is the problem no pride

Yo, the brutha was dead on.. but I'm wondering if he's salty because he doesn't have a radio gig anymore? Is he speaking as a fan or just an ex player? Is it coming from his heart or is he just saying these things out of spite? I'm just curious but he is 100% accurate in my opinion.

What can you say other than I vote for Riggo as the new owner, GM, and head coach!

What? He's criticizing the Redskins in a manner you call 100% accurate because he doesn't have a radio gig anymore? C'mon now...

If you've followed the Redskins long enough, you know Riggins has always said exactly what is on his mind. That's why he's always been one of the most entertaining Redskins personalities around. Its probably also why he never landed a job at bigger network doing games or whatever. The guy just doesn't know how to not be brutally honest.

I heard this stuff on the radio yesterday, and you just have to love Riggins for not being afraid to tell it like it is.

Riggo's exactly what the entire world needs more of, honest in your face reality. There's way too much panzy-ass PC BS going on these days!

He maybe accurate in his assessment of the teams problems. But he can also be a hypocrite. This is the same man that didn't show up the the Super Bowl parade... So he doesn't get any kudos for this rant, especially since what he is saying is already well known by all.

I agree with you bro, but when he had his show he NEVER was harsh about the things he said. This was very harsh, true indeed but harsh. Regardless, Snyder doesn't seem to care what us fans think, so maybe he'll listen to one of his favorite Skins tell it like it is :D

What, you mean you weren't swayed to have a better impression of him after watching the other video of him rolling a stump up hill?? THAT alone ought to give him the right to be GM of this franchise!!!

Of course, when he had his radio show it was on the trio of stations owned by you-know-who.

If you look at what he is saying and not how he is saying it, he's dead on. Whether or not any of these former skins (Riggo, BMitch, Big Jake, Thiesman, Doc, etc.) have a axe to grind with this ownership for not being a part of the organization is something we may or may not know.

But this team, the front office, the organization can stop all of what they perceive as negative media by doing things the right way and winning. Riggo was dead on about Zorn's response to Hall not making that tackle. I've had conversations with fellow fans and my stance on that is that you bench his butt for a quarter or a half. You can't fine him for missing a tackle because the NFLPA would be all over that, but you can take his playing time. There is a "country club" attitude at Redskins Park and that's the problem. Marty was the best thing to happen here but he was canned.

The talent his here. Yes the "Vinnie & Danny Show" has made some personnel gaffs but there is still enough talent here to do something with. It's about coaching what you got. Zorn, Blache, and the rest of the coaching staff are doing a bad job of that. Clinton was right when he said that on paper, this is team is really talented. But it takes coaching to get that out.

roybus14 wrote:The talent his here.

That's the biggest misconception about this team. The required distribution of talent needed to win is NOT here.

It's top-heavy.

With the O-line, you can now see how the imbalance drives dagger after dagger into the team's chances for success. Same would hold true if one of the top DBs would go down and I'm not sold on the backup DL folk either.

Why couldn't they hire Riggins as "the extra set of eyes"?
