, at 1 pm Eastern to hear me talk live about what went down yesterday. Remember it’s a free service. You can also email me questions for the show at bmitch@comvl.com. I was able to answer some of your questions on Friday’s show, and I will try to squeeze in a few more today.

You should have plenty to talk about.

Wow that was bad. 14 gift-wrapped points and they only score 17 total.

sad.

BMitch - can you make it all better?

Hey BMitch...We missed you down at the beach this year at Reggie's benefit…They made some excuse for you having a prior commitment but we know you (and your golf game) were scared

Seriously though...My question is can you give us something positive about this team...anything???

My question to Brian:

Brian, you were an all around player, but you really made your name on special teams. Yesterday's special teams performance was attrocious, and the argument could certainly be made that it was the weak link that cost the 'skins the game, directly leading to both Panthers touchdowns.

What is it that Danny Smith's group is doing wrong?

Hey bmitch...

Thanks for the offer but tell me -- why do I want to re-live that game, or this season or the past 10 years?

No thanks...I'll mow my grass.

Hopefully, someone calls in..even if it's a wrong number!!

BTW -- has Trevor hugged and made up with Blatche yet?

- Special Teams cost us the game.
- O line depth an issue as always
- 2nd year guys not performing - look at others in the NFL
- No leadership on this team in coaches and players
- Zorn is the HC but there are players who can go over his head (CP)
- Zorn can not have HC abilities and is probably restricted in his duties
- Current players do not stress history of franchise to players who come in
- We have leaders but not guys who can step in and put a foot up the players butt when he steps out of line.
- Need more Renegades on the team. Guys who are gonna say no matter what, we are going to win. If I need to bust my player in the face to do it, we will.
- B. Mitch said he's a Washington Redskin and he loves this team and knows as a fan, they have players who are not producing or doing their part.
- Team needs to play with emotion...overcome your coaches, owners and management.
- Team needs to show they are together.
- Orakpo and Carter are positives for this team. Haynesworth is something to build on b/c the guys around him can succeed. D. Hall making plays with only 12 games. Owner is going to start making a change. Needs to learn to step away and let the people he hired do their job.
- B. Mitch thinks Charlie Casserly is the man for the job. Bethard is still available and the Skins offered him a very low contract before.
- my question - shouldn't we look at hiring a GM first before even looking at a new HC. Then that GM can get his guys in there to fix this team.
- How does Snyder interfere with this team - comes in and has certain players under his wing and can go over the coach. If there are players who can do this, other plays see that and will side with the player not the coach. You get a team that is separated. The coach shouldn't have to look over his shoulder. D. Snyder said once that conflict makes a better team and B. Mitch doesn't agree. Have to work together. It may work in Corp. America but not on a football team.

Next show will be Friday with a Chiefs preview. As the team - starting with the Owner - to be held accountable for their production.

Countertrey, Frank and myself had our questions answered today. Thanks Brian.

As for my question about who would be the right GM, I would like to have Bobby Beathard back as GM with full control over the Washington Redskins.

I will hear you next Friday! Thank you for becoming OUR VOICE.

Could you imagine if Beathard was back???

But no way he leaves SD. I don't think that any GM is going to come in if Danny's hands are in the pot.

Nice wrap up, Frank. Couple of things... He has strong opinions about the rather pathetic performance of Special Teams, concurs that this aspect was the most damaging to the 'skins yesterday. His comments included some very specific observations that come from his vast experience in this part of the game... very credible.

There were some good quotes... my favorite was: "I AM a Washington Redskin. I may have played some in Philadelphia and New York, but this team gave me my chance. I am a fan of this team."

Thanks, B Mitch!

Yeah. Great post. You can hear the frustration in his voice and I can only say that I 100% feel exactly how he does.

- Owner needs to get out of the way and let this team become something. LOVE IT.

I think you guys missed the part about last year's draft. He commented what would be the position of this team now if instead of drafting three non-productive receivers, we would have ensured support for the OL.

I will ask him on Friday or next week if he has considered cooaching special teams.
