Did I hear what I thought I heard?

During the FOX Pre-game show I thought I heard Glazer say he expects Shanahan to be the Skins interim HC(Rooney rule) before the end of the season.
Anyone else hear that?

If Shany comes in with the same ownership group, nothing much will change, best we can hope for is a Wild Card birth.

for us to bet a star coach with credentials the owner must step down and give it to someone who understands football. so i don,t see that happening anytime soon though.

I was in the kitchen stirring my chili and heard them talking about the Skins but missed part of it, but I could've swore I heard Glazer say something along those lines...I asked my girlfriend what was said but she was no help, althought she was sitting right in front of the t.v.!?!

I just saw the video on FOX Sports.
Glaze says that the general consensus around the league is that Shanahan will be the Skins next HC. He said he contacted the League office and they said if he was hired before the end of the season he could only be hired as the Interim HC-per the Rooney rule.
