Any truth that they were not allowing paper bags at FedEx

I read in a few places that they were not letting in paper bags so pissed fans could not put them over their heads and anyone who did get one in and wore it had security all over them. Anyone see any of this or know more about it? Would not shock me. Danny would do anything to try and spin his piss poor product and try and keep the image up. If they get worse Im gonna be wearing my jersey and a bag on my head at my local sports bar on gameday. Id prob get free drinks out of sympothy for having to be a skins fan

Let's see, I stood up one time at fed ex when Philly had the ball and it was 3rd and long. I was warned that if I did not sit down, I would be asked to leave.
...what else should you do on 3rd & long when a division rival has the ball and you are the home team. Not a fan of fedex.

I know how they could stop both the paper bags AND the booing.

Not trying to hate, but I though Californiaskin was maybe 25 years old -- max.

you know what, who cares how old he is, or how he writes, he makes a valid point, and made me realize something, as i have posted a few negative things on this board...
I've been a Skins fan since i started following football and will be a Skins fan for life, whether they are 0-16 or 16-0, i will always root for the Skins... living in Philly for 26 years, i have seen fans hate their teams, as through the 90's, the iggles were TERRIBLE... i'm not saying that things don't have to change on the team and FO, but if you're not with the team, the go ahead and leave, but don't come back when they turn it around, whether it is this year, or 10 years from now...

Yea we lost to the Lions and barely beat the Rams and Bucs. Paper bags are certainly warranted.

Dissent is patriotic my man. We live in a great country we in politics, life and sport we can express our frustrations any way we choose. My frustration with the Redskins runs deep and I express them on this forum as do others. But in a way, on this forum we are Redskins family and in any family there will be frustrations. If an outsider to the Redskins family said the same things I do then I would argue with them - get it?

Not sure if this is directed at me, but if so, you couldn't be more off base. I have been a skins fan since birth and live and die by what this team does, BUT that does not mean I am going to blindly sit by and overlook their horrible play, poor front office decisions, and loser mentality. I am so frustrated BECAUSE I am such a big fan. I expect more.
So I am sorry that I don't wear rosy colored glasses and say that everything is great, lah de dah --- especially when it is not. I am not a person that enjoys mediocrity --- or something that sees a mediocre product and says it is a good one because they are my favorite team.
And if you are saying that ANYONE on this board is a far-weather fan, they you are sadly mistaken. This team has not been good since the early 90s. The far-weather fans left the building about 15 years ago.

If you have to wear a paperbag over your head to a game, why go? I would rather sell my tickets and don't put money on the squad. Fans (more like squares) like that make more of a mockery of themselves then the actual team does to themselves. Redskins being 2-2 isn't the end of the world. There's life outside of the Washington Redskins.
Don't mind Snyder or stadium personnel prohibiting this. Booing is understandable but all that extra stuff, making Redskins bashing shirts and props or whatever is ridiculous.

and again, it seems that many are missing the forest for the trees.
The record doesn't tell the story. We played one game I would consider a good game, and we lost that one vs the Giants. The team has NOT performed well on both sides of the ball simultaneously. That's what the fans are upset about. That's what I'm upset about.
If you're content squeaking by 9-7 to the winless Rams (who subsequently got shut out 35-0 ) then I don't know what to say.

Squeak to 10 wins. I could care less. Keeps it interesting. Good teams find a way to win EVEN if they are playing poorly. If the season turns out to be a disaster, so be it. Then there's next year. What can I tell ya man. Wear a paper bag over your head if you want, see if I care about that either.

Don't hate just because someone called you out on your lie. Thanks for the confirmation, though. I am sure this is the typical response a person in their 40s would give.......

No problema. Anything to make sure you don't leave the site for good like you did a few days ago.
