and I'll tell you why, but ya'll already know that:

Orakpo, playing LB - wrong
Haynesworth gassed out - we knew that was coming
Landry playing free safety - that's not what he is
Marko sitting on sidelines - put him in the darn game Zorn
Hall smack talking 'bout teammates - look at yourself punk
This list could go on and on, who wants to ADD......?

We draft guys who were great in college and put them in wrong positions?
Haga misha ula - Unbelieveable

makes me sick..... :puke:

I know one thing- Landry suppose to be the next great thing to ST. Has anyone seen this? He can't even come to OTA's on time-he's still to young to realize anything.

Why is Orakpo playing as a LB?

THIS is what happens when you have TWO holes in the roster and ONE pick to fix them.

I hear that in next years draft, we are looking for somebody to do CB -and- OL at the same time.

You see, my friend, THIS is what happens when we give so many picks away in stupid trades. THIS is what happens when there is no depth in the roster. THIS is what happens when we do not have a balanced team. THIS is what happens when certain positions like LB and OL are ignored because they are not "important" positions. THIS is what happens when there is no vision and plan. THIS is what happens when you spend your marbles on a few expensive acquisitions. THIS is what happens when your coaches try to do "miracles" with the few good players that the FO provide them with. THIS is what happens when your FO sucks.

THIS is why I am relentless in my work to make those responsible for this mess ACCOUNTABLE.

You wanted me to be optimistic . I still am. I predicted another mediocre season 8 - 8 plus minus one game. It might still be that good.

ARE is still returning punts when we have at least 3 players that would be better back there and probably more. Cartwright is still returning kicks everytime, when D. Thomas looks like he could excel at it and make some explosive, momentum changing plays. Fred Davis is still not being used, especially at the goal line. None of our young, tall recievers getting fade routes....ughhhhhh

Offensively Zorn has no faith in our young players even though they show huge potential (sometimes.) These guys have to play the game to learn how to become good/great football players, they have to make mistakes. Zorn seems like he'd rather have all the proven vets in there that have no explosiveness and very rarely contribute game changing plays. The rest of the NFL is playing young guys, watching them grow and become good football players. Most of our young guys are riding pine when we need a big play. We need to play Marko Mitchell, Malcolm Kelly, Fred Davis, Anthony Aldridge, Marcus Mason, Devin Thomas, etc. more. We don't even know what these guys are capable of, maybe nothing, but I would like to find out.

The players need to have confidence in the coaches and the coaches have to have confidence in the players - we are not a bad team, we are just not playing as well together as we are capable of - we have a lot of issues but these issues would not be as noticeable if everybody worked together to resolve them

I do not think this is as simple as players possibly playing out of position - if everyone would just play with more effort and play with a little more intensity I think the team would look a lot better executing the plays.

I have faith that things will get better - I still think that we are going to be able to win 6 or 7 more games this season but it is how we win and how we lose that is most important going forward - we cannot learn as much from the mistakes if the team is not showing how good they can be when they all play together

of course not much is learned at all if the guys that select the players and the coaches do not know what they are doing :)

Not to address the whole list, but I thought I ought to point out that Rocky McIntosh was also drafted as a defensive end...

To play DE because he was a LB in college??

If we wanted an OLB, why not draft Cushing or someone else? Put Orakpo at DE and if you want a 35+ old player playing then sign Derrick Brooks and put him at LB. At least that way you will have players in the positions they actually play. Daniels can be a rotation guy if they still want him to play

Actually, no he wasn't. He was a linebacker at Miami (played mostly at SAM but also played some in the middle) and was drafted as such by the Skins.

Playing well and with intensity, as well as executing all the play plans perfectly will not help the O line. Three of the five don't have enough left or talent enough to be on the field. One is suspect. The other, a former star, is slipping. I really don't know what is wrong with the D. Maybe that's a matter of attitude and execution. Don't blame very much-- no offense will do that to a D. A sense of futility is a bad thing to play with. Orakpo needs to put his hand down every play and the corner's should have their butts kicked by being treated like Horton. I hope everyone gets the message.

I really do question the mentally of anyone who lets ARE return punts.
