I have a feeling D Mcants is going to a have a breakout year< he catches everything, he has great size, Gibbs will have alot of fun using his size for mismatches

McCants will Shine and cause speculation on whether to let Johnson and Jacobs go or trade them. The guy flat out plays and his big question marks was him taunting and getting a bit big headed at times. He really hurt us last year in the 1st game against the Giants but he seemed to let that part of his game go. Gibbs won't tolerate that and McCants is amturing into a great reciver. He may slide into our # 2 spot if Gardner doesn't live up to expectations.

Well, he had a breakout year in 2003. I think when he comes back, he will do very well and flurish with Gibbs. Man, I can't wait!

Jacobs and Johnson are below him on the depth chart last season, and will be to start the season this year if Johnson even comes back to camp. He is a big target for Brunell/ Ramsey, and he'll be used a good bit...

I totally disagree with this. Rod had 741 yds and 4 TDs his rookie year. He had 1000+ yds and 8 TDs in 2002 when he was our #1 receiver. How can anyone say he is awful?? He could be a quality #1 receiver on alot of teams.

He just need to get his act together. And if he does and still ends up being our #3 reciever than we have a pretty damn good top 3 to brag about.

C'mon. He was awful last year. He had hands of stone. I saw so many hit him right between the numbers, only to bounce right off. Was it a product of the system he was playing in ? I don't know, man. No matter what system you're playing in, if the ball hits you in the chest, you darn well better be able to catch it if you want to be a WR in the NFL. McCants, on the other hand, caught almost everything that came his way, and not too many did. I'd be perfectly comfortable with seeing Roddy stay, and I wouldn't seethe in Hell if we got picks or players for him in a trade. Remember Derrius Thompson ? I thought he was a better receiver than Rod. What did he do in Miami last year ? I don't know, but I didn't see him on ESPN too much.

I totally agree. He had a really bad year last year.

Stone hands + No speed = Moving down the depth chart

Yeah he did drop the ball when we really need him to catch the darn thing.

He will be better on the sideline getting Ramsey ready to come in. =D>

Well Rod goes to the pro bowl for me every year in Madden 2k4, and even went as high as 98 in my franchise by the time he was 28 which is pretty damn good. And he is by no means slow JKlote, he's about as fast as possession receivers get which is pretty good speed. And he is much faster than DMac, anybody can tell you that.
