I think the player of the game for the Redskins is going to be Andre Carter. I think that with or D Tackles demanding so much attention, this will open things up for Carter to make plays. I think 2 sacks and a forced fumble.
Whats your take!!!

Personally, I think that he will have a good game. I don't think he's gonna light it up on the stat sheet. I project him with 250 yds a TD and no int's. I would LOVE to see him have about 25 rushing yards. After watching some college games of his over the summer (had a lot of free time on my hands with a pregnant wife taking so many naps) he has escape ability but I think that Gibbs didn't want him to run that much and Zorn just may allow him to make some plays with his feet from time to time. At least I would but he has to slide.

ooooo bold pick with the seond year wide out. i like it.
im going with orakpo. bringing the heat from the edge. much for the same reason as you all have gone with carter. but i think orakpo is younger and faster and wants to make an impression, he has a lot to prove.

Defense : London Fletcher, see him having 10 + tackles and a pick.
Offense : JC

DeAngelo Hall picking up two interceptions and running one for a TD.
Eli back to its old form: confused and insecure (almost like Jason ... j/k)

London Fletcher. If we hope to win this game we are going to have to stop the Giants' running game and to do that we are going to need a big game from Fletcher and the rest of the linebackers. I actually think that Carter is going to have a long day on Sunday as I see the Giants trying to run his way a lot.

you guys afraid of choosing the favorites? i am not...
Offense: Portis
Defense: Haynesworth
Portis runs for 100+ and a TD. 35+ of which come on a final, clock killing drive.
Haynesworth... not for the statsheet, but because Carter, Orakpo, and Daniels all have great games, and they wouldn't have done it with Haynesworth drawing double teams and still penetrating the backfield.

Since I think the Skins will win 7-3 Hunter Smith will be the Player of the Game for helping pin the Giants deep to start so many drives.
J. Camp will be 11 for 18 with 165 yards and no TD's. Portis will rush 23 times but for only 60 yards. Sellers will have 1 rush for 1 yard and a TD.

I like your analogy; therefore, I agree with you. I so wanna see Haynesworth-it smack Jacobs right in the mouth (not literally but figuratively).

boooooooooooooooooo. I prefer to think big myself. Portis will have 1 touchdown and 120yds rushing. Campbell will have 249yds and 3 touchdowns. Smith will have a nice relaxing day on the bench

I'm thinking that before Sunday is over with the Giants are gonna know the name Orakpo-I look for him to have a huge game.
On offense I think it's gonna be Moss w/100+yds and a couple TDs.

I think one of our young wideouts steps up and into the limelight today. 1-2 TDs, including the "game-winning" points (that is, the points that will have won us the game, no matter when they are scored during the game).

unfortunately, who could tell that the players of the game would not be on our side of the ball?
this was not good on defense but it was terrible on offense - we have so many issues to correct with various parts of our offense that it looks like the predictions of how well some would look on both the line and at QB were completely unfounded
