I voted for Edwin Williams, but I'd love to see Chase Daniel at least make the practice squad and move Todd Collins out of the picture by next year...

I voted Chase Daniel, but I think it was more hope than actually thinking he will make it.

I just think JC has had ample opportunity to show what he has and I am not that impressed!

I don't think any of them will make the final (active) roster but if I had to pick, it would be Edwin Williams. We could use some depth behind Rabach so it's not an unrealistic possibility that Edwin makes the team.

I think Scott Burley, the offensive tackle out of Maryland, probably deserves to be on that list as well... and perhaps ahead of a few others. He's a long shot, as are others, but I think he should be recognized.

I voted for Edwin Williams. There are many coaches out there, like Parcells for example, who believe you can find undrafted centers that can blossom and become long-time contributors for your team. I heard this discussion on the NFLN not long ago. Williams might be one of those guys. Maryland has had a very strong o-line the past few years and that line was anchored by Williams. Williams was a three year starter at center for the Terps and actually started all 13 games in each of his final three years at Maryland.

Ok, as a JMU grad I had to throw in my homer vote for J.D. Skolnitsky. Last DE to play in the NFL from JMU was a guy by the name of Charles Haley. He turned out ok.

He's a great player and guy, but a major project. No way he makes the final 53. Should have returned for his senior year but got caught with a protein in his system that was in violation to NCAA rules following a playoff game last year (simple GNC otc thing - not steroids - and STUPID on his part but that's another story...).

Would be an excellent practice squad addition as he has some great upside potential.
