Considering Adam was his main un-named source with knowledge of the situation, speaking on conditions of anonymity (meaning he read one of his blogs then calling it breaking news), this might not last that long. Then again he can still get up to date info at THN.

So much for any credibility for NFLN.

So now La Canfora and Cerrato are, in a weird sort of way, colleagues.

What's funny to me is that article reads like something from the Onion, parodying JLC's style.

If true, of course, it will only be a good thing for Redskins fans. Get someone else who pushes the FO's buttons, sure, but at least make is (a) a competent writer with (b) at least SOME insight and (c) who doesn't hold a ridiculous grudge for no good reason.

That might be too tall of an order, but one can hope.

Too easy ...

Of course he might be brought in to add a soap opera drama stage to the NFLN.

Can you imagine the drama and agony of a pubicised affair Redskins FO v. JLC???

Oh my! I would be glued to the TV to watch the likes of General Hospital, All My Children and The Young and the Restless all combined into one.

I do not think much of either side as you might suspect ...

... but ...

... I am convinced JLC is far smarter and a better PR man than Vinny will ever be. The Danny would not even have the cojones to appear on TV against JLC. But it would surely build some drama to the TV soap opera series.

This might be ONE good potential thing to look forward to in the coming season, particularly the SECOND partof the season when things might go to the dogs due to injuries, age, lack of depth and maybe even Todd Collins, who knows.

But if the Team just as a miracle wins CONSISTENTLY throughout the season ...

Where would JLC hide?

My underground hide out hole is taken. [-X

JLC isn't that bad on NLFN as I thought he would be. He seems to be the gossip girl on NFL access, but his assertions aren't that far off that I have been able to tell. I'm not a fan of his, but he's not that bad.

NFL Access, on the other hand, is becoming a joke. All I've seen the past week or two is bickering; Jamie Dukes vs the dynamic duo. It's rather ametuerish for the official NFL channel. Very disappointed.

I've caught a few half-shows over the last month and know what you mean. To be fair to them, though, it really seems like nothing happened this offseason. Aside from Michael Vick and the Favre non-story (which, by the way, I saw them making fun of ). . .there just isn't anything to talk about.

It's times like these that I wish the NFLN would spend more of its offseason showing replays of games from the recent and long past. Make it a bit more about football on the field — you know, the sport — and not so much about people and drama.

I happened to catch an NFL films replay of a Ravens - 49ers game in 2007 that was really good. Many of the coaches and players were wearing mics, which was great.

Did you catch the convo where they were discussing the terms of Vick's partial reinstatement? It was like two girls bickering over which color of lip gloss is better...
