What if Champ Bailey's contract negotiations fail?

I wish that doesn't happen but what if ...
If we tag him, how many teams do you think will come forward to get him for 2 first rounders?

And if we lose Champ ...

What sort of players should we get for the two first rounders? (defense/offense)
What changes should we make in defense if we are going to lose Bailey?

The Post said a few months ago that we are going to moniter the Chris McCallister situation in Baltimore if Champ's situation goes bad.

.....ugh. These situations are getting worse. McCallister IMO isn't worth the money he will probally ask for. I say we just till the draft and get another CB.

:( We are supposed to be improving. Hopefully all of these signs will prove pointless and the skins will prevail.

I think some of these reports have been premature. They just started negotiations. I am not even considering Champ not being a redskin at this point.

I agree they are premature, but it worries me that this guy could eventually soak up enough in salary cap to hurt our chances retaining LaVar, and that wouldn't make me happy in the least.
