According to ESPN's Micheal Smith, The Cowboys have released Terrell Owens.

Which desperate NFL team will give this a** hat another chance?

I heard on ESPN that we would be among the teams considering signing him. If we do, god help us.

TO out of a job

On the bright side, we would get a fair and final evaluation of Campbell if he signs here.

Raiders?

From this viewpoint, anywhere but here.

Bring him here man. The crap that happened was the media. When you have a unnamed source that doesn't want to be named then i consider that person a coward. Okay so TO had a conversation with someone from the coaching staff behind closed doors. Big deal. So did a few other players, but because its TO someone has to make a big deal out of it. Look I know that TO has made some mistakes in the past but who hasn't? The crap about TO in Dallas was all media.

What about Philly? What about San Fran? The media? Have you lost your mind? TO would be just about the worst thing for this team as possible. I don't know where he is gonna land. NE already has Moss and Welker so there is really not a need at WR. I don't know who is going to want to take on those services.

Didnt Vinny draft TO?

I dont care how good he is. I dont want this psychopathic clown on our team. He's an egomaniac in love with himself so much that he cant even get a girlfriend. He's also probably the most overrated modern-day receiver. He cant get off the jam anymore and has stone hands...let him go to the Raiders.

Guys it will never happen..I know we abuse the front office and DESERVEDLY so...but their not that stupid ..their just not...Campbell is in a possible walk year ..a lame duck unproven qb and TO ?? No way...and a Lame duck HC to Match! No way it ever happens

Let's just enjoy the Circus in Big D...and laugh...and I'm on record...that team WILL NOT move the ball on us for quite some time now...we match up very well with them now VERY WELL

Dallas releases TO - Sign him now

T.O. Is available. Gas up Redskins One and go get him. What a perfect compliment to the architecture of this team designed by the wise Vinny C.

I am joking of course - only an idiot would sign that cancer (which makes me nervous).

I expect a rumor to come out of Redskins park that we are interested...Danny wants to gauge fan reactions like he did with Fassel...lets make sure he know we don't want T.O here...would be great if he went to the Giants!!

Umm, I'm not suggesting I want TO in DC, but all I can think about is his 4 TD's in one game against the Skins. I'm not sure I'd want him in New York.

No freaking way. They sign this guy, I'd consider turning in my fan card.

You do realize that one game was the only game he's had any success in against the Skins, right? We generally hold him to no production (unlike Amani Toomer, who has historically destroyed us).

What!!! No one has mentioned they have just killed their cap. Cutting T.O. will be a $9.6 million dollar cap hit, meaning no room to sign anyone to replace him. They also don't have a first round pick.
T.O. has destroyed another NFC east team and it only took 3 seasons this time.

Ahh Skinsfreak, I was waiting for someone to point that out.. I know because of his stink attitude none of us wants him here buuuuuuut.. I mean, he is T.O. and the guy is a monster when the balls thrown to him.. obviously a total jerk if not.. but I'm just saying.. #81 and #89.. ouch.. can't have T.O. wearing #81.. never mind.. #82/#83 maybe?

Us either...
Vinny says...
Owens reps called us three years ago before he went to Dallas, and we didn’t have interest then,” Cerrato said. “Why would we have interest when he’s three years older now? We have no interest.”

I'd like to go on record as to giving DS and VC credit for not going after T.O....

Yep. I know we've shut him down for the most part, but that one game was a killer.

The list is growing...

Please note that this only reflects teams that already have said that they’re not interested:

The New York Giants.

The Washington Redskins.

The Baltimore Ravens.

The San Francisco 49ers.

The Minnesota Vikings.

The Atlanta Falcons.

Here are the teams that likely will join the list soon:

The Philadelphia Eagles.

The Miami Dolphins.
