Please explain tribe, I have no idea what you are talking about.

Now that the Pro Bowl is over, it signifies the end of the season. There should be cuts and releases in MASS from all teams. I think it starts Monday.... from what I heard on NFL network.

I heard something of this order as well. It was along the lines of we have to be under the cap by a certain day? That being said, we'll have to trim some of the players that we're not going to want back or to at least put us under the cap. We'll still have the option to re-sign them later on.

^ I thought that date was in late July or Aug.? Usually teams will trim the fat though. If they are not under by start of the new season they lose draft picks in the following years draft.

Yes. Its actually later this month. Thats when the 2009 NFL offseason actually begins. Most guys who are signed are signed to "FUTURE" contracts.
