Staff my team!

We've all seen and heard a million versions of the all time best teams, dream teams, All-Pro, All-Star, blah-blah-blah.
How about this? Let's see what we can put together as the:
All-Time Worst NFL Team?

Here are the ground rules.
1.) Each position must be filled from Pro Football on both sides of the ball
2.) The HC must be chosen from the pro ranks
3.) The era or team of the player doesn't matter, so long as he was on a major league roster long enough to earn this dubious honor. Draft picks that didn't make the team don't count.

Nice offseason exercise. Can't wait to see what happens.

im still young and you dont really hear about awful players from the past. so my suggestions are newer names. there may be people worse than them tho from the 90s and 80s, etc...

WR - Charles Rogers, Mike Williams

QB - Joey Harrington, Akili Smith, David Carr

CB - Jamar Fletcher

haha the more i think the more i realize that im just makin a list full of 1st round busts

There are several names that pop up from pre-historic times as Head Coach FAILURES. So, I will stick with what I have actually seen:

John McKay Tampa Bucs and Steve Spurrier (nameless team).

But I will start further up:

Preston Marshall as owner (of that nameless team) a racist, public attention hungry, ignorant and stupid drafter.

Spurrier played under McKay for the winless Bucs so he could be listed as QB, too.

And didn't Marshall draft Sammy Baugh and several other HOFers during his time?

I was going to say the 76 Bucs shiould handle the team...I'd thrown in Patrino as coach

I cant really think of a list of players right now but I got a coach, Steve Spurrier. His name will probably pop up a lot on this list

Rod flippin Gardner as the #1 WR. He was the most non-famous #87 ever (and I had his jersey, ebay PAID ME to take it off the auction block)

My Grandchildren call me Papaw, if you please...

beyond that, the goal, as stated by TCWest, is...
Let's see what we can put together as the:
All-Time Worst NFL Team?

Joe Don qualifies, based on wasted potential alone.

The man was the definition of "Enigma"
He was... well... Looney. :?

I had Kotite pegged as my coach. Spurrier deserves consideration.
Oh, and Looney...definitely on my team.
He can have a backup, though. :)

McKay was once asked about the problems with the EXECUTION of his team.

He responded: I AM IN FAVOUR OF IT !!!

Marshall, like Snyder, have had some flukes. They cannot be regarded as consistent winners or just winners period.

I'd put Ryan Leaf in at QB, with Heath Shuler to back him up.

I'd definately have Desmond Howard in the WR Corps.

I'm recalling something my Dad always used to say.

Something about how even the sun shines on a dogs something-or-other...

True, but, like ARE, he was on the roster as a WR...

Hey, it's your team... but, I think he's underqualified. He's capable of causing you to win a game, all by himself.

You mean Taylor Jacobs? I could use him.
