QUESTION FOR TECH GUYS.....

Real-time delay computer software.....
Hey tech guys,
A friend in Korea wants me to give him a program that will delay his real time by 2 minutes on his computer. For example, if he is watching the 6pm news, it delays it by 2 minutes so that he is watching it late ---by 2 minutes.
DOES THAT MAKE SENSE? I think he's smoking crack again.
I do believe he is doing some video production and want to delay "broadcast" by 2 minutes...
CAN ANYONE HERE HELP WITH THAT.....????

If you use a DVR, you can just pause for two minutes, and then watch in real time, two minutes late. I don't know about any computer software, though. I don't suspect there is a great demand for that application.

Tell him to switch back to dial-up.
That'll be sure to delay his news by several minutes.

Are you talkin about a delay like radio stations use to allow them to dump a caller if he uses profanity, as in, he wants to do a podcast where he can be somewhat live, but have a slight delay so he can edit real-time?

Sound like it to me. I think he is doing some live video production and wants a 2 minute buffer.......
Frankly, I think he is out of his mind...... after being locked up in a dungeon in Korea..

South...but still a hell hole, as he put it. No hot water, sleep on the floor with a blanket. Hole in the ground to piss and 5hit in....
....not even close to Hotel California.
