I can't believe FOX has the team of Albert, Moose, and Goose doing this game. Isn't that like their bottom group?

Fitz is just a monster....

I know it's pretty much common knowledge, but wow.

That looked like a replay of a catch he made last wee against Atlanta.

Carolina is getting spanked in this first half.

i just love it when media types make fools of themselves - first of all Johnston during the game and then during the halftime show Jimmie Johnson saying that all Caroline need to do is "put this first half behind them and just go out and win the game in the second half ..." Jimmie, they are down by 20 points ... excuse me"
in the first half, the Cardinals never had 1 series of 3 and out

I'm amazed. This is definitely a different Cards team than we played eariler in the year. I'm impressed with these guys.

Taylor and Mitchell. That's just the way it is.

This was a fluke game. The Panthers obviously overlooked the Cards. If these two teams played each other 10 times back to back, the Panthers would win at least 7 of those games. The Cards will be pummeled by the bruising Giants after the Giants bury the Fecals (as long as Jacobs stays healthy).

It might have been a fluke game but that seems to be the norm these days.

I watched a Giants team last year not only win the Super Bowl but beat a team that was undefeated all season long. There is no way that those 2 teams could play a hundred games together and the Giants would win more than 2 of them.

There are so many instances where the better team loses to a team that everyone thinks has no chance that you really have to conclude that it was not so much as a lucky win but just a lot of teams putting together a better team effort than a team who thinks they just have to show up.

These NFL teams are made up of some pretty good athletes and you just cannot take any of them lightly.

I would agree that the giants are a much better team than the Eagles but I would not be at all surprised if they lost today - that would not be an upset or a lucky win - that would just be a case of the Eagles playing better as a team. The giants better get ready for the Eagles team that was the only team to beat them at home this season, and not the team that could not beat the Bengals.

Incredible upset to watch last night. A classic example of overlooking, outcoaching, and outplaying. The Cards definitely deserved it.

I completely disagree with that statement. While the Giants certainly didn't have the pristine 18-0 record the Pats had, they matched up well with the Pats. They could've played each other 100 times and the Giants defensive line would've given Brady fits in each and every one of those games. I would've like the Giants chances in those 100 games.

Not while the giants have that coach and that QB

I picked the giants but I would love to see the eagles in the championship game - to me that would not mean the eagles won because they were the better team on the day but more importantly almost certainly because that coach and his stupid, spoilt brat QB did not have very good days

With Jerry Smith at TE, and Sonny passing. Indeed, no one today compares.

Only combination close was Taylor and Jefferson and Smith, with Sonny.

Didn't that Cardinals assistant head coach offense / OL coach look like an older version of the great Russ Grimm? Can I grumble over that I would rather have had Grimm than Zorn as Redskins HC?

Looks like it's time for me to eat crow (yuk). I didn't think there was any way in he11 the Fecals would win this game. The Giants looked very flat on offense. The running game was not there, and Manning's passes were off the mark the entire game. The Eagles were definitely better prepared for this game than were the Giants.

as I recall from some of your posts about the Redskins this year this is not the first time your assessments have been off the mark either

The 2008 Redskins are a better team than this NY buch of fools

Um... The Cardinals won this game. The two teams you mentioned have a thread of their own.
